A MAKE-UP artist wants to remove his genitals to achieve his dream of looking like an alien. Vinny Ohh, 23, based in Los Angeles, has already spent $60,000 transforming himself into a 'genderless alien’. But he has been told by plastic surgeons that he may never be able to have the operation - which would be a world-first. Medical professionals have warmed him such an operation could be highly risky and leave him unable to urinate, but he is adamant that he will go ahead with the procedure, saying that he needs it in order to become his true self.

I literally started to become shorter before the age of 30 because I was so low in my testosterone. So I assume his surgery isn't a safe thing, unless he chooses to be on (cross-gender) hormones the rest of his life.
edit: I'm actually wondering if it would be possible to remove everything and place the testicleless inside the body. I know temperature damages the sperm, but it might as well work to keep the natural hormone system. I don't know if there would be any way to do this without terrible pain tho, but maybe it's possible.
Many people that are assigned female at birth have internal testicles that start producing testosterone during puberty, in which event many of these people want thrm removed because they feel like they are female despite the XY chromosomes they have. They are indeed infertile, but the testes do still produce hormones. You are right, that would be a good option for him if it can be done!

Some people identify as agender, and some agender people do perform sex nullifying surgeries. It's completely normal, the predjudice in this comment section is hurtful and overwhelming.
