You’re a wealth of knowledge on so many levels and I learn really valuable information I wasn’t even looking for.. about things I never even thought of.     I’ve been dealing with gut issues (chronic constipation, sorry for TMI) for over a decade now. I eat very healthy, have taken out gluten for years at a time, train regularly... and have never thought about egg whites bring my trigger! How common is that??

    How does working a night shift affect the autonomic nervous system?
    When faced with a stressor (like getting cut off on the road) is it better to give in to the road rage and scream a bit (to 'relieve stress') or is it better to repress it and 'stay calm'?

    I have not Watched this video, I will tho
    I do have a question, I am all about quality over quantity when it comes to supplements, the things is I don't know great or should I say honest supplement companies.
    I'm just looking for a great source of protein powder... Vegan Protein Powder to be specific. I cannot do dairy and I cannot find a good brand protein that I can trust.
    Except for one, that is the Vega Sports brand. Yet I am curious on how you would answer this question.
