You just need to find a system that works for you! You can talk to other streamers and see what tips they give you. I use whatnot to buy lego and most sellers there are super nice and willing to help new sellers.
Fair play on you my friend, I could not operate all that tech at once … so that’s me out on doing that!! And I think you need dance lessons from my daughter!! 😂
Thanks Lee. There was quite a lot to do on the night, but it hasn't put me off doing it again. I'm long past any hope of lessons to help my dancing abilities these days
It was great to see you on there though sadly I failed to win a single thing 😂. I've not seen you do much on minifigs for sale/investment before! Hope I see you on there again soon. Do you think sealed or opened does better? Minifigs always seem to be sold differently to the rest of Lego 🤔
Thanks for watching. I've not really been much of a minifigure collector in the past. Most of what I sold on Whatnot I've had for over 20 years. Depends on the figure, but generally they are OK opened as long as they have been well looked after.
Congrats on your live stream. How did prices compare to what you might get at a show or on eBay? I imagine there is some benefit in just being able to sell a large amount of inventory in 2-3 hours. Thanks for the content and best luck in the future...
Thanks. Most items sold at a good price - some cheap thanks ebay and Brick Festivals and some higher. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would do it again.
Yes,I was a lot of work, but for me, definitely worth it. Imade a decent amount of money on the night and was able to sell on some older minifigures that I'd had for a while.
Glad whatnot went well. Your dancing made me chuckle
Thanks. When there is music playing, I can't help myself!
Thanks for a great Whatnot auction Iain, it was great to buy some much needed minifigures for the collection.
Thanks Hugh. Really appreciate your support
Really informative video! Especially the behind the scenes of what you were doing.
Thanks. Not the best camera angle, but you get the idea
Well done Iain - it was a wonderfully chaotic stream. Great fun.
Lol! Thanks. There is quite a lot going on so did get a little stressful, but enjoyable none the less!
Was good fun! Still can’t believe your knowledge of music and chart positions!
Thanks for watching it. Yes, I was rather obsessed with the UK pop charts back in the day and can still somehow remember a lot of information.
Sorry I missed it, but congratulations on your first auction.
That's OK, there will be more.
Well done Iain
Thanks Ann
Well done! I wish I could have been there Iain. I've had to limit my Lego spending this month but I'll be there for the next one 🎉
That's OK. I'll be doing more of these in the future.

Thanks. Yes, I did get help beforehand from other Whatnot sellers. I'll be a little more prepared what to expect next time.
You are always hard on yourself.
It's called a learning curve.
I know. I just don't like making mistakes
@@iainsbricks it's part of life.
You are not learning if you are prefect.
Well done Ian (I got Dr Bunsen and fozzy bear) thanks !
Thanks Samuel. Much appreciated

Did you find the Star Wars coin in the end?
No, I've still no found it. I musthave put it away again somewhere. Glad I had a spare though.

Glad the 1st Whatnot stream went ok
Thanks. I will be doing another Whatnot soon
looks like alot of work & stress for sales. Was it worth the hours put in?

Congratulations Is whst not Better thsn ebay or bricklink or others or netter
It's very different from ebay and bricklink. Much more fun as its so interactive
I joined the stream but didn’t bid on anything so my £20 is still burning a hole lol
Lol! Well I will be doing other Whatnot auctions in the future, or you could spend it on someone else's auctions there are a few Lego ones these days.
I totally missed it, oops
That's OK. I'll be doing another one in a few weeks.
Thanks Iain for the information about whatnot. 👍 im not a mini figure seller, so not for me. 😉
Hi Wayne. I may sell sets on there in the future, but for now I will be sticking to figs, parts and polybags
"Shabba" didn't make it to the final cut of this video :)
Lol! That was for the ears of the participants only!
