    Few comments:
    1. Scope should be put in a puncture-proof container not just any garbage bag- and not even labeled as dirty
    2. Staff does not have a face shield/ mask and the gloves are not pulled up to the gown
    3. Scope should never be put in water before turning on the leak tester
    4. Staff did not wash scope well and its channel with tap water
5 Staff did not change into clean gloves before testing for Acecide MEC and touching AER
    6. Staff does not properly position scope in the AER
    7. Staff put only gloves when removing scope
    8. Staff hang scope in the cabinet with bare hands
I am surprised that this facility passed the JCAHO inspection.

I am a Olympus technical staff. Unfortunately the training you gave was unacceptable. But thanks for your efforts.

The scope should be completely submerged underwater when brushing the scope.

Not even one minute has passed, and he already failed. You always turn on the air for the leak testing before the scope is submerged. I cannot watch it past this point. Blah,

I saw a lot of technical errors. Your video didn't give the exact way of cleaning and handling the scope in a safe manner.

Everything is wrong. 1st of all he did not use gloves when placing the dirty scope in the dirty bin, 2nd he needs to inflate air first before submerging scope into the water, 3rd he needs to brush and clean scope submerged in water, 4th scope is not coiled correctly in the OER PRO, 5th you test MEC with a small cup instead of dispersing it like that. 6th place scope in clean bin and dry it, 7th use gloves when hanging scopes. FYI, if you see the receipt printed it reads WARNING incomplete process that means something went wrong during the process. This clinic or hospital needs to put on check by Joint commission.

The submerged endoscope cannot be placed in water before turning on the MU1.

Keep the scope completely submerged as you brush the channel.
