    My favorite part of Winter Garden is just how active it is. There’s always something going on there, from the holiday events and farmers market that you mention, up to the theatre and live music that also happens. There’s always so many people walking around having fun too, which really adds to the atmosphere and community of it all.

    Planning on moving from Bay Area CA to Orlando. It’s too crowded here and price is not getting any better. Winter Garden look like a very nice place for us.

    moving to the lake nona area in October. what I'm mainly excited for is the sense of community. coming from metro west, I fell as if it was lacking that community feel.

      Lake Nona is incredible. The best part is the amazing neighbors you will get to know who will always be there for you. Love the community.

    We were in downtown Winter Garden for a minute when we came down for a quick visit recently, on July 31. We didn't stop anywhere, just drove through on our way to the airport. It's changed so much since 1992. I guess everything has. My daughter also loves a bookstore, I guess that's why she ended up as a librarian. Love the listing! It's so close to "Meadow Marsh."

      @@kenpozek As a Florida native that’s a hard question to answer. I am from Gainesville. My favorite park is Universal. I have never been to Disney before but I am actually taking my daughter there in Nov for her bday. We are going to stay in Lake Nona again at the Wave Hotel. I feel in love with that hotel and area all thanks to your video you did that one time on the area! We live in Atlanta now and Orlando is starting to grow on us.

    Maybe this is just me but I can’t imagine paying $2M and having (1) carpet in the bedroom and (2) such a bare bone living room. There’s no built on or nice set up for the TV at that price?

      Definitely most of the value is in the lot/view.

    • @hoops135792468
      @hoops135792468 ปีที่แล้ว

      Must be the lot/view price in that area. You can get a better lot, view, and house for less than that in East Orlando.

      @user-jm8ky1kn2t ปีที่แล้ว

      Some people prefer carpet for the feeling in the morning. You can heat up a tile floor all you want but its still a hard surface.
      As for the TV I think its better that they don’t have anything. Technology changes and screens will continue to expand. Keeping it simple ensures you have flexibility. This also looks like a recently moved in home so they probably will add more stuff to the home later on
