Her son learned that if you are a racist, cheat and lie that you’ll get a second chance. That’s literally what happened in this episode.
He should have dismissed immediately after asking if he had the Education. . .he knew exactly what she was implying.
Let's be honest here, the woman should be getting an Oscar for making us despise her with her acting skill.
fax
some dumb people saw shorts of this and started talking on that women like she's really racism out the acting
they forgot that there a thing call acting
Sad that as black people, we are always expected to "be the bigger person". I remember reporting harrasment and inappropriate actions from a white supervisor who was double my age. I was told to be the bigger person. I put in my 2 weeks that same day.
Good on you, that is not a place anyone should want to work. A small thought however if you would indulge me. I do not think "Black people" are expected to be the bigger person. I think EVERYONE should want and try to "be the bigger person." What does that mean? It doesn't mean you have to endure it silently, or tolerate it without recourse... But it does mean not letting it change you. Not letting it make you sour and hateful. We all should try to be the bigger person... but when you see something wrong, say something... and stand up for yourself and others.
These are just the things my grandfather taught me when I was growing up, and I don't ever remember him making a distinction about peoples skin color. So I don't either.
I love you and Im sorry you went through that. I wish I could know you and be your friend, but as we are two ships passing on the sea of the internet I will instead just say "I wish you well and safe waters my friend, and blessings upon you and your family."
Should see it on the Native Reservation. Farmington, Bloomfield, Albuquerque are ugly spots. Native American (Apache, Navajo, Zuni) Illegal and legal Mexicans that try to look Native American, and Caucasians. There a bad spots. But hardly on the news.
10:13 the License Plate goes crazy 😂
If she racist, why does she have a license plate referencing that one famous Jackson 5 song?
Jerome is good person 😢🎉
Thank you, Max ❤
We all know all boys are friends 🤜🏻🤛🏻
"mom help theres a gangster"
"im not a gangster son"
"YOUR BLACK-"
NGL THAT ONE HAD ME DYING
Yeah I wanted to try it, but I got a strike for being racist, by having sound let me tell you about my black friend song and then I got a strike for it, so I guess I’ll never get to have this sound in my life.
She attempted to get this dude fired in one of the most extreme ways and she still was allowed to stay? Good grief.
I'm a white guy. This is whitewashed. The woman should have been fired. It shows there are no consequences for her actions.
In reality, this wouldn't happen. She would have the police on her back and highly likely a custodial sentence.
Right. For her to cheat and lie to get someone else fired means she doesn’t even show morals and structure. Her own son isn’t even motivation for her to do the right thing. They should have ended the story with her leaving and thats it. Her getting the job is just more yt privilege being displayed that they can still get away with causing destruction and not be penalized.
8:58 the kids comeback is wild tho ngl😳😳
The mother got roasted so hard not even a well down steak would be that roasted🤣😂🤣😂
If you're deleting data of a company intentionally, 100% You're going to jail.
She got very lucky not only to not go to jail but to keep her job that boss must've been really sympathetic to do that
Jerome was fired immediately when they thought he deleted the data but all the compassion in the world for the wicked witch. Funny how quickly the tables turned.
What white liberal feminists wrote this crap. You deliberately sabotage the company, yet are allowed to keep your job.
The guy should be in more videos hes so kind hes my favorite character from. The video
That is crazy how she changed at the end
Not even fired after being racist child endangerment and deleting company files is wild💀💀😭
This Karen couldn't afford a nanny. Had to bring her child to work. 😂
Part 2 please the story was PRETTY
Bro like how he said you’re black made me dying
"Mom help me there's a gangster!"
"I'm not a gangster, son."
"You're black!"
😭😭😭
I’m not the only person who noticed that the boss fired Jerome literally immediately but when the girl was found out not only to have deleted the files, but framed Jerome, she was given a second chance literally immediately.
White privilege. And deep down the man who fired him is a racist himself.
He definitely gave the white lady a lot of slack. He hired her without really interviewing her. He also allowed her to bring her kid to the meeting and let him stay at the office while she worked. Yes, he did fire the black guy initially. But didn't terminate the woman when he learned the truth
"mom help me theres a gangster" bruh
“You deleted our entire company database but we need a second data analyst…. On account of you deleting the entire company database. You’re hired!”
If this had been an actual organization, she would've gone to jail and fined immediately, giving 2nd chance is not at all an option. She deleted the whole data of the company they are being nice ? Is this a freaking joke !!
It's called showing mercy and grace to someone who doesn't deserve it.
in the real world there would be backups maybe they lose a day or two. The company would want to keep tath kind of accident out of the news and would have fired her and maybe blackballed.
I wouldn't want her in my company. She should not only be fired but she should go to prison. Deleting data without authorization is a crime.
The mom is That one friend in the friend group 💀
Imagine at the job thing when they were both there the kid says, MOM A GANGSTER again lol
When you discriminate against people who are black it only defines how you are not them
True, but victimisation all the time in the media also says a lot about a certain group of people. Especially when trying to distort History, change the facts or simply taking things out of context...
@@PostallDoodeah A Certain Group Has Always Been The Victim, Changing History, And Misunderstanding Context And It’s Not Black People. The Fact That A Group Of People Can Mistreat Another Group And Then Have Nerve To Call It “Victimization” Is Wild.
@@DonDivaBitch A certain group of people I meant in general, a group of people that always tends to play the victim card at every opportunity they have, being bl4acks, g!psies or J€ws, doesn't really matter. As for you, I would suggest a good History book combined with a great amount of research (documents, academic articles by reputable people, of course) of your own people and their past.
Just fired??? She deleted company files..she needs to be sued or jailed..wtf
If you delete something but if you don't empy the garbage you get it back.😀
Max proved her mom wrong that he didn’t do nothing that’s real truth
I feel so bad for that man! 😢 He should not be treated like that just because he is Black.
The fact he doesn’t get mad when the kid calls him a gangster just shows how nice he is and patient cause that is NOT ok and most people would go off straight up
It’s not that we don’t get mad, it’s that we can’t get mad. Non black people, stick together no matter what. You noticed how he immediately fired Jerome, because of what she said, however he was very hesitant to fired her, in fact he never fired her she quit. There was no discipline or corrective action, just come on back. This is our daily reality.
NAHHHH HE DID NOT JUST CALL THAT MAN IN A BUSINESS SUIT A GANGSTER NAHHHHH💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
4:12
You just know he was about to correct her on her grammar 😂
Mom help theirs a gangster 😂
I watch this almost all the time it’s heartwarming how the kid and mom learns just because someone has a different skin color doesn’t mean they are mean and it doesn’t matter if they are black it’s about the personality
bro i was scrolling through shorts i had to see the whole video😭
Edit:OMG PLEASE STOP REPLYING YALL,BLOWING UP MY DEVICES😭😭😭😭😭
Shalom, always been like this the struggle makes us stronger!
Children aren't born with prejudice they are taught it by their prejudice parents 😢
Glad that the son learned about skin color and how racism is wrong at a young age amazing story
Hopefully the young son makes friends with a few black kids which may include Jerome's son that he mentioned but is never seen on screen...
We're very glad you liked it, TRAEYOUNGHATER 🙂 Your opinion is important to us 🤗
@@DramatizeMe you should try to teach kids about how bad becoming transgeder or having rights to stuff like its so wrong to disobey your mother and have "rights" people are dying bcs of this lgbt stuff
This doesn't even happen in real life 😭😭💀💀
actually from my experience as a brown iranian, it does 😅 unfortunately
@nuggytheruggy yeah I believe it does happen but not on the level of what they are saying.

“Your BALC-“
Love that the kid put his moms ethics in to confess what she did
Why is it that in all short movies like this, the black guy has to always prove that he deserves respect either because he is secretly wealthy, college educated or because he was kind to his antagonist? Why does he need to put in that much effort just to be treated with basic decency?
Because just little effort won’t get him to much. That’s why they work so hard to prove to everyone they are worthy enough just as everyone else.
Bro at 10:18 the license plate on the car 😂😂😂
kids are always a blessings for us....
this kid also done his job ... every parents should teach their childs good lessons of life
The most dramatic kid ever 😂
This a great lesson for kids all ages even if you are in your teens
When a parent instill that kind of crap against humanity it's shameful
It's crazy how people come from tiktok only watching the first part not the whole part annoys me 💀

As a self respecting white dude with tons of black friends, I find this very offensive. The way this lady is treating this guy it's sad
You know you can just press the reverse button and all your writing comes back lmao
After deleting an entire file? If it’s in the trash, then sure? After completely wiping altogether, oh boy it’s surely possible to retrieve but extremely difficult. Brother, do you know anything about computers?
As a 15 year old black male, these videos are stressful to watch, but they are necessary to show the true extent of what we experience every day. We have been forced out of expensive neighborhoods and jobs just for being black, and we are tired of it.
Hello, GAMINGIZLYFE99YT! We're sorry to hear that you find these videos stressful to watch. Racism and discrimination are harmful, and it's important to address these issues openly and honestly.
Please know that there are people who stand with you in the fight against racism. Remember, you are not alone. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Cmon pvper we know that ain’t true. Black people now have so much more power than they did back then, same with women. There is black people they I know that have better homes and jobs/ opportunities.
@@stevoformanifest yes, MORE, but our lives are still just as bad, just without legal segregation.
@@stevoformanifest If we can't safely live in expensive areas, it doesn't matter whether we can afford to or not.
This is so stupid. She should be behind bars
What is wrong with her why this country became like i want to know the real reason appearances could be deceving stop racism at once
I don't think so. She learned her lesson, even if Max had to teach her. And it's implied she'll be making the effort to do better each day and work against her biases.
Nicolaus I agree with you, this video is showing a different world that is not focusing on attacking each other after mistakes but growing together and learning if he hadn’t shown how great a person he is the mom would have continued hating people of color and pushing her son to do the same, destroying their relationship because the son learned to think better about people of different color. In this version she would correct people wether it’s her friends or family who had the same mindset because she was shown it doesn’t matter what color they are , it’s the person inside that matters. which will make the message continue.
Lady:Gangster
Me:Karen
5:08 its actually kinda cute that part 😁
I love the message it's portraying. But in reality, for sabotaging the company, she should not be allowed within 50 meters of the company gates
It was a good scene until they came out to still offer her a job, after she harassed him, deleted impractical info, disrespected him with her racism and just a bad person. You don't reward evil smh
That's why you lead by example to teach kids to be honest and forgiving. Jerome did right to give her that position. It shows that even if the kid were to make the same mistakes he could learn from it himself. You should know which people to forgive and which ones you honestly shouldn't. Olivia confessed her wrongdoing while many would take it to the grave. Think about it.
@@radrolla3406Lol no. It’s wonderful that she confessed wrongdoing, but in the real world deleting company data due to internal conflict within ones self does not mean you should be rewarded with a job offer. It does mean that when a new company calls to do a background check on her etc that they could possibly still give her a better recommendation than if she didn’t.
@blackoutbunnie7603 that's not the overall moral of the story. The only reason she deleted the info was to frame Jerome. Otherwise she would have done her job. Therefore the root cause is not either person deleting that precious info, it's the motive behind it. Even so, that's up to the company itself whether or not she gets the job anyway. For instance, in my case, if the kid wasn't able to be a witness and they still found out SHE was the one behind it, I (and likely the company as well) wouldn't have forgave her. In that sense I'd agree with you. But in the context the mother unfortunately was blind enough that she had to learn from her son, she should still have a second chance, mainly to give her kid a positive example to not make that same mistake that would push her financial situation further down the hole than it is in the story.
Why the mom sound like gru bruh😭😭
When he said MoM hElP mE tHeReS a GaNgStAr
Me: I am not a gangster son
But you’re black . Got me 💀😭
So he gets fired immediately and then she gets a second chance for doing the same thing they thought he did. How absurd. I'd never eat her house or let my son near her. She's gonna "me too" him next.
I was thinking the same thing.
The ultimate revenge would be falsely accusing him.
"Mom help me there is a gangster!" Your black is shocking not gonna lie💀💀
I’m black and I feel as black people we can sometimes be too forgiving. I would’ve let them fire her honestly and not spoke on her behalf after she tried to frame me. They took him back. You couldn’t trust someone like that moving forward. I also wouldn’t have been too friendly with her son, but without that he wouldn’t have had an alibi so…
People who run their mouth like Olivia lack confidence. Her toxic attitude is just an excuse for her own insecurities. Jerome took the high road. That’s not easy. Great drama DramatizeMe.
She was calling him gangster but she was really calling him something else in her head.😂😂😂😂🤦🏾🤦🏾🤣🤣
Plot twist: the two become married and let there kids become siblings and they become a good family
0:43 just realized the mom looks like the lil girl of the minions
That got me feeling bro and the end made me smile. If you guys made this and it isn’t just cut from a movie you did really well, it was perfect ✌️
You have to be joking?? It was all the most ridiculous thing ever. Im sitting with a black guy right now who wears a suit and tie to work and he says this is absurd that no one has ever treated him like a gangster. And the ladies actions of being a lying rascist criminal being rewarded at the end are absolutely absurd. That rascist piece of garbage should have had charges pressed against her for cyber crimes or at the very least sued.
Even the license plate on the car is uninspired! ABC 123, come on guys.😅
An actor who makes u feel irritated means she’s a good actor🎉🎉
"When judge someone it doesn't define them, it defines you" what that racist mother did to Jerome is unforgivable, she's lucky that Jerome is a forgiving person, and that mother teaches son racism is not ok whatsoever
@Slime Spree with Lily G you know, in my country UAE we have strict laws against racism and article No.5 of the UAE Federal Decree-Law is no joke, it stated that if anyone commits any acts of discrimination in any form will face prison from 5 to 10 years in prison and/or pay the fine no less than AED 500,000 and no more than AED 1000,000
True, but victimisation all the time in the media also says a lot about a certain group of people. Especially when trying to distort History, change the facts or simply taking things out of context...
@Hamad Humaid UAE is a Country where someone can go to jail for holding hands, hugging or kissing...is very disturbing and people with a good loving heart should stay away from such a dark place where the expression of love, empathy, compassion, is prohibited.
@@PostallDoode well changing history is what racist people is good at look at the books banning, they are banning them because it makes a certain set of people feel bad about their past if you only feel shame then you learned nothing hitler and the Nazi did the same with banning books too, then saying Africans came to America as workers instead of slaves lol now who’s changing history
@@Godknowsvita that's not true, if they're got married the law can't stop them, that means there's nothing we can do, but if they kiss and hug in public places, the law can stop them, because if you enter the mall you should read the the rules and regulations on the main door of the mall, supermarket, parks etc

What is the best way to teach children about diversity and inclusivity?
@Puppygirl385 There is actually no need to teach them that we are equal because racism et al. is not innate.
@Puppygirl385 Of course. Skin colour doesn't define people, actions do.
