what kind of paint is it and what kind of lacquer? thanks

+stoyan mashkunski Thanks! I used just regular 1-k water based paint on the base, which I painted with paint roller. I added some silver spray paint after that. You can see the airbrush colors at 2:35. If I remember correctly, the lacquer I used was intended for boats. Nothing special, just some cheap stuff.
