In Europe you are to be expected to wait, even have your order forgotten, never seen a bow or an apology, perhaps a smile, but nothing more, on top of that you are expected to give a tip for the lousy service, so the owner can keep on giving a shitty salary.
I understand your take on service outside of Japan. However, you should know that it's not a result of low wages. Japan has a minimum wage of below half what is normal in UK or Europe and there are zero tips or perks. People here just have a proper work ethic and consider it no loss to do their job well, even if it is for a sh1tty wage. The employment situation is also not good. Inflation is rocketing but wages are stagnant. Full time employees in regular jobs would consider $20,000 a year to be an excellent wage. There is just a different view on how to conduct yourself. Whether you wash cars for a living or make executive decisions, do it with the best intentions. There's a downside to that (employers face no pressure to raise wages), but there's a big upside for society (the atmosphere of positivity). I'll happily continue this discussion if you are interested. I love Japan, but it has it's own issues.

久留米の丸好、ひろせ、沖等の食堂系のラーメンが大好き。福岡住みだけどやっぱ久留米のラーメンが最強だなぁ。焼飯も無茶苦茶美味い。
調理場のスタッフさんの仕事が綺麗だから出来る物も綺麗でラーメンもチャーハンも焼きそばも全てが芸術品👌😋🤗

蒲鉾(かまぼこ)。魚のすり身を加工して板に貼り付けた食品です。味のイメージはカニカマ(すり身)に似てます。

주방 청결 상태만 봐도 조리장에 마인드를 알수있다
やっぱチャンポンは、炒めた具材の中に麺入れて仕上げる昔からのこの作り方が美味しいですね。
今は佐賀の有名チャンポン屋さんも効率重視で麺も茹で上げスタイルになってるし。
女性の従業員さん凄い、男性の人もっと頑張れや！チャーシュー乗せとか麺茹でて入れるとかそれだけやん！
