6:20 I had a pizza deliver guy slip on my porch very much like this. The guy broke his arm and cracked his skull. I called 911 for an ambulance then called the store, asking to speak to the manager. The manager came on and I told her her pizza driver had slipped on fallen on my porch, and the paramedics were taking him away.
The manager said, "I don't understand. Are you wanting to file a complaint?"
I said, "No, I'm calling to tell you your driver got hurt and is going to the hospital."
I guess she heard, "I want to speak to your manager." and thought I was a Karen.
