This is how everyone should drive diesel👍
yes certainly
@@Len-ud9qbno!
Best morning for me is to watch your videos while eating.
Traded my 320d for an octavia 2014 150hp diesel 4 years ago. Chipped it to 190hp / 420nm, and drive it purely on the torque. shift lazy car, which goes when it needs to and I get 20km/L mileage. Haven't missed a single beat and is realy cheap to run, has all the luxury you need. Simply a clever car.
my 320d also does 20km/L when driving under normal conditions. Autobahn at 140-160 kmh it does 17.5km/L
@@avalon6607 E90? Which version? 163 or 177hp?
@@RallyVozac F31 184hp
@@avalon6607 Rwd? What year, tell me more? 12-18, what wheel size. Thats really good consumption. Did you have E90 before?
@@RallyVozac No I always had a 2015 F31. It has got 225 R18 wheels, RWD and a manual transmission
I have 2015 Laurin&Klement, 2.0 TDI with chip to 140kw (190hp), 425nm, and its a fantastic. Your video too, thanks
your shifts are perfect
Thank you for reviewing regular cars 👍
Красавчик! Отличный автомобиль!
Pretty Skoda and it has a good engine...good video!!
You finally includes odometer. Great work man, you will reach millions of subs! Good luck
Quite fast as for 150 PS Turbodiesel. Your tests can help people to choose their new used car ;)
Top video, didn't expect nothing less from you! Please include one acceleration in gear and shift at 3800. For example start at 50kmh in third and shift every gear at 3800rpm.
Honestly this is the best cars review channel
Keep doing this brother
I would like if you try to get some old and classic cars and do to them the same review Im your fan from Morocco ❤️❤️
i have a 1.8 tsi version of this, sedan. It goes like crazy, love it to bits. Simple yet very nice feeling car.
Forgot to mention the independent rear suspension on this engine class and the 2.0 Tdi 184. It does ride very well over bad surfaces and I've added some sound proofing in the trunk and door cards.
How much consumption do you have ? I was interest in 1,4 tsi 103 kW but 1,8 is just a rocket.
@@ronemcers8570 Depends on the foot. Outside the city with 65kph average and just chill driving I got 5.5-6L with only driver in car. With 4 people and luggages I get 6.5-7L, again, with chill driving. With spirited driving you go up to about 7 with driver only and 7.5-8 with people in the car. In city, I get a big range, depending on traffic, outside temperature, style of driving. I see a range of 7-8L in good conditions (little trafic, spring) to 10L (moderate traffic, winter) and 12-14 when it is super crowded and you are better off walking. The fuel consumption is decent, 1L higher than the 2L TDI 184HP on average from what I understood with a nicer engine sound and trouble free driving in city (no dpf, no adblue, no regeneration and stuff). Plus, this engine is very silent, quite a bit more silent than the 1.4 that I also drove, because 1.8 also has MPI injection besides direct injection.
Performance wise, you do feel you have more horses than the 1.4 BUT because Skoda has decided to limit it to the same 250NM as the 1.4, the get go performance (that is, under 4000RPM) isn't a whole lot better. Still, with a tune you can unleash this engine to a potential that isn't possible neither with the diesel or with the 1.4. Stock components, it can do 230-240 horses and 340-360NM. If you swap the turbo with the IS38, which is plug and play by the way you can go to 300HP. The biggest issue then is traction. Even with these 180 horses and only 250NM stock, it does spin the wheels if the road surface isn't dry or very good. So I do plan a moderate tune for this summer to about 220HP and 350NM.
@@vladmihai306 Did you tune it?
@@RallyVozac nope, not yet. Still zippy enough. Had a red light drag race with a 530d (guess it was the 2007 ish model, he had a straight pipe cause the exhaust sound was loud from him). No problem keeping up with him and going in front of him. We went till 130kph. More than happy with the performance and i had 2 male passengers in the car.
Good video,thanks!
Dizel good
Nice drive
Braking very good !
Güzel video başarılarının devamı
Its a nice slavic car. we love it!
Got 2018 Octavia Combi for a very good price couple of months ago. The only thing i would wish for really is a 2.0 TDI instead of the 1.6l i have. For day to day drive it's enough i guess and fuel consumption is good as well. But 110kw is just something to make your heart pump a bit faster. Nothing very fast of course, but for someone who's not buying a race car, it's pretty quick and jumpy. Great cars tho, it's a pleasure to drive one!
Best car for value money, worth buying
Nice video man keep going!! this car in Greece costs more than 13k€
Skoda огонь 🔥
Nicht greets from germany ! Good video
💪
insane
No mercy for the TDI 😅
Skoda fantastik 🖤🖤
You need to review Škoda Kamiq 👌
with my freind we tried acceleration of Octavia mk2 RS TDI 125kW vs this octavia mk3 with 110kW .... to the 100 on the 3rd gear it was the same, absolutly same accel. but then those 15kW started talk and I was able to become more distant :) this is really good engine with great consuption ... with my RS i am not able to get over 6l / 100 km ... of course, if I drive like a formula driver, there could be around 8,5-9 l/100km, but this is not sustainable to have this car for a long time :) ... I hope I will ;) a lot of people says the Skoda is expansive, ok, TDi is more expansive to service than TSI, but when you will kind to the car and you will change the oil max after 15k kms, you will be not racing with cold engine, it will server to you for a long time ... from the concern it is the most compact car with relatively low price ... against the VW and Audi ... the hour charge in the services in Skoda and VW or Audi talks about everything ...
nice car
I hope that you will shot mitsubishi grandis diesel
qui to top speed ?
This car is conservative, elegant and timeless... Personally, I would buy one of these. I find it pointless that cars are becoming more and more luxurious, flashy and overly complicated.
3:36 bad brake discks shaking???
Do review of Chevrolet spark
Хороша машина
Do a review of a VW Touran 2009-10 they are very nice
Is this car reliable? Your videos are exactly what I am looking for in TH-cam 👌😂
As reliable as VAG plastic cars can be. Tho,these cars are not really that old,so You can't be sure where are the weak spots.
Reasonably. It also depends on the care you give to it. Generally said, the 2.0 tdi engine is most reliable in the highest power specification, you get better automatic transmission and I think also better rear suspension. Mind that this is more of cost effective car, not a fun to drive car.
Skoda has been proved more reliable than vw and audi
@@Tonyx.yt. Doesn't matter. It uses the same engine, same chassis, transmissions and so on. No matter what,it's VAG at the end. Just the brand is different.
@@valentinexristov8915 no no... It matter, because new, untested and unreliable new features and components are first used on audi, then on vw and only later on by Skoda.
Check out reliability stats, bmw and audi always between the worst, vw mediocre at the beast and Skoda quite good.
Please next audi a 4 b 8 3.0 tdi 143 sedan 2008
I have RS version of this, station wagon too, and the facelift

100kW is minumum 🙃 have this Octavia chip ? she is somehow too alive...
2500 rpm at 170kmh... wow
camera is not pointing straight so more like 2600/2650 rpm
I was also wondering. I have the 2.0 TDI 184 HP (not RS model) with DSG (6-Gear) and the engine revs in the 6th gear at 100 km/h at @ 1850 rpm. At 160 km/h it does 3000 rpm. I don't know why the DSG's are shorter translated... The car has due this isue a max range of 700 km with 50L tank.

Tell me skodas with tdi and tsi engines aren’t faster than volkswagens itsselves
