- Is Helldivers 2 worth playing? A new multiplayer game, but you can play solo, that makes you feel like you're in Starship Troopers or Terminator. Here's my thoughts and quick review on if you should play this game.

No I'm not doing my part because I can't even get into the game... I should've waited until every one lost interest in it because all I did was give them money for a game I can't play....
@@joshredman3054 You ain't missing much. Same recycled missions on repeat. I didn't get the big feeling of immersion and team play. People join my games n just do wtf they want, basically rolling solo. Idiots still team killing thinking they are robbing your materials.

@@joshredman3054 I hope so but I'm pretty confident any new content will be behind a paywall which I don't mind if it's decent content just not currently gripping me enough to keep repeating the same content. I did have fun don't get me wrong but only enough to jump on occasionally to run a couple missions.

@@dutchsurvival9761what is it 2010 again? I doubt that'll be an issue. Its hard to fuck up co-op servers, CoD lost its touch at being CoD over the years, so dont give me that excuse. Ive seen many cross console co op games operate perfectly fine.
@@apocsyn5889pretty sure he’s talking bout the queue times and that the servers are already at capacity and crashing games on PlayStation so with that, adding Xbox would bring either more issues with that.

I like the fact were fighting the war an it actually changes the map
Dude its changing real life too, I havent heard many pc or console players really fight with each other. Like someone said, apparently even some ps players want the game to release on xbox so they can join the fight. This gamw is bringing communities better than I have seen in a LONG time.

I was thinking the same thing...imagine joining 20 other divers in a massive mission.
@@comeup0902 Who knows maybe in an upcoming content update the devs can add larger missions where you and your squad can fight alongside other squads.
BRO!!! They should have formation element selections: Squad Level, Platoon Level, Company Level, Battalion level, etc… That way you can adjust the amount of members for the mission set.

The whole, 'part of the community' thing kinda reminds me of Freedom Wars. I played that game in PS Vita, and was surprised that there's a literal scoreboard or something that keeps track of points or something for each country. And it updates, too, as far as I recall.

Playing with my dad yesterday and we did the final mission to 100% the planet of Troost. Great fun
Me and some friends also finished the 100% we had to clip it since we don't think it will happen often

We had Starship Troopers: Extermination 8 months ago. Needless to say, though, both are extremely fun, and I would suggest both.

It is, but it's in early access right now. I believe it's in version 0.6.2 if I'm not mistaken.

We need a game like this but with the Astra Militarum. Imagine being a Cadian, Death Korps of Krieg, or a Catachan.
Right it almost makes me upset that GW acted like this was such a difficult thing to do, like bro no one wants to always play turn based games all the time or at all really or freakin card games like c'mon who thinks of the Horus heresy n goes "oh yea it'd be an awesome card game"
For me it sounds more appealing than trying to eliminate a bunch of hackers in every match in COD

I highly recommend this game. I haven't really enjoyed video games in years but this game is so much fun. I excited to see what the future brings since this game had such a strong start

Been playing it for a day now.. gonna ask my friend to join up soon.. running lobbies is pretty fun and I haven’t had a crash once on ps5, idk if that’s because of the new update but I saw a lot of people saying the game crashed a lot lol.. it’s really good and it’s so sand box that if they keep it fresh, enjoyable and entertaining i feel it could get do even better.. ig we’ll see but theirs fs a lot of potential here
I definitely wouldn't say it's a sandbox game at all...far from it.

It give me a nostalgic fun feeling, a feeling where you "actually" enjoy and excite about things in game not alone but along all together with friends.

What’s best about this game, is that you can actually live all those epic clips you see on TH-cam.
Game needs a dedicated JTAC, or simplified close air support combat controller. I've got my own ship, let me kit it out for airstrikes or just make us a futuristic A-10 and AC-130u Spooky that are purchasable

I started this week and bruh, the movements take some getting used to, but those solo runs are hella fun and my first team up was satisfying

A space game that is genuine with the offering unlike Starfield.
Notable Fact: The storywriters and dungeon masters, and the lore is to follow what players do in game. One player has become infamous for intentionally killing his squad, and in the community he has a bounty. It's entirely possible this could be added to the lore.
This game has become so massive in popularity that I feel like it won't get a huge discount sale

I was kinda unsure if I should buy this or not, I think this kinda set it in my mind to buy it
New player here. I’m amazed at the immersion. It’s a hard game, but when you do complete a mission and extract, nothing tops that dopamine rush. The game literally makes you feel like a hero for completing the mission; I kid you not it’s like a 5 minute unskippable cutscene between extraction and returning to your ship, filled with glorious music and fanfare and a victory pose at the very end.

FREEDOM NEVER SLEEPS
This game was the reason I finally upgraded to a ps5. Totally worth it, and been enjoying plenty of other game again now I made the upgrade. Definitely the freshest game I've played in a while, and a must play for any starship troopers, or intro to terminator 2 fans out there
