What does the lcd blue sticker, and does it important? Can I apply the lcd without it?

this may not be true when we talk of Redmi Note 4X. You can immediately see the difference between the 32GB & 64GB versions simply by examining the bottom and top sides of the unit. Different positions of the external ports may imply that the position of the flex cables of the LCD screen panel are configured differently.

sir anyway can i only replace tht flexible lcd cable?? cause my lcd got damged only in th flexible lcd cable, this is an accident was happen when im trying to replace my battery, accidentally scratch tht flexible part so make it damage.

עשיתי בדיוק לפי המדריך. אבל מישום מה כשאני מגיע לבדיקת המסך כמו שמופיע בדקה 7:50 המסך נדלק (אור) אבל הלוגו של שיאומי לא מופיע. נשאר מסך שחור.

I did exactly as per the guide. But note what when I come to the screen review as it appears at 7:50 minute the screen turns on (light) but the highlighter logo does not appear. A black screen remains.
Anyone know how to help me?

My glass is cracked at the bottom right corner, it works fine still, and I bought glass to replace it a few months ago. But having seen how much effort it takes to replace it I think I'll just leave it. It's not that I can't do it either, it's just not worth the hassle to replace a cracked screen to me.

No you can't use a lighter. Lighter has flame, flame means fire, fire means burning and melting. You'll burn and melt your phone if you use a lighter. You can use a hair dryer, but be careful, it might still melt something.
Heat gun is hotter than hair dryer....hairdryer will work but just take much longer to reach the minimum temperature to loosen up the thing.
it is possible to use lighter if you have a medium like a piece of metal to transfer the heat to the lcd itself, it is a lot more troublesome because you don't want to accidentally burnt your frame, the center plastic connecting to your lcd and back plastic.
