As far I know it works until the second upgrade (100% material refound), however, as you know training after the first upgrade decrease the success rate everytime you put the materials in 90% 80% 70%, you may lose a couple of millions isk in materials if the training fails in the second or third updrade

Does this work on the other stages of training? Ive never repackaged a nanocore after a training has been completed.
