What I love most about Sonya is that she’s not at all pretentious. She is direct in her delivery, while always being so pleasant. Sonya, Thank you for your videos!
Fun fact, Gogo Squeez has a manufacturing facility near me, in northern lower Michigan. Their facility is in Traverse City, MI. I recently drove past it while visiting a different facility. It makes sense, because this area is rich with orchards and farms. The fresh fruit from the local farms are next level delicious! Adults enjoy their clean products as well!
Sonya is a Chef 👩🏻🍳 She really is, I love all her recipes. I’m a mom of 5 kids and her recipes are so helpful on the evenings I just don’t know what to make.
You could easily use chicken mince, turkey mince, but be aware of the low fat content. Maybe add an egg or a little more oil. There’s always a way to adapt 😊
And me, but for one. Although two portions is ok because I can freeze one. I have the Spice and Spirit kosher cookbook and I don’t think there’s a recipe in it for less than six! 😂
always cook the fish on a different sheet pan- this is GENIUS will try next time not everyone in my household likes fish- some just eat the veggies and rice or egg noodles-- also never have baked my rice - and I see you do it all the time- will be trying that too
Im not jewish, I came across your channel a little while ago and I just love you and your beautiful family. Your recipes are sooooooo yummy looking. I can’t wait to try some! I really get inspired by the way you organize and cook. Plus you are absolutely beautiful ❤
Your food looks yummy❣️I kindly say that there is nowhere in the Bible that Adonai says you cannot eat meat with dairy. You are FREE to eat them both together❣️😀🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 May Adonai bless you all❣️
Nothing wrong withbuying the avocado oil in plastic bottle but here is a quick tip which is soon as you buy the big plastic bottle empty it out into a dark color jar or something or even pitcher that has a lid. This is what I do all the time and whenever I need to refill the avocado oil I bring out the glass pitcher with a small funnel to make a easy pour.. @@SonyasPrep
Hi Sonja! I really appreciate how organized your kitchen is. It must really save you time and make your cooking and baking so much more efficient! That Shawarma chicken would make great fajitas!

A gutten Rosh Chodesh! Just want to let you know I made your sheet pan latkes for my family for Chanukah and it was such a hit! Definitely will be making that recipe from now on! I was curious if you make vegetarian/vegan dinners for your family during the week.
