Hey ATME, nazgul actually does 2000% total damage. You forgot to double the poison effect in round 2. Also the reason why you would choose skalhelm over damage commanders is because of her ability to avoid white council. Her executioner and nazgul skills are activated in the pre battle phase, same as white council. Furthermore, skalhelm has very high base initiative and it’s easy to outspeed gtw with an agility set, if you can outspeed GtW in the pre battle phase then those 2 skills are not affected by it. Very good relic in pve, like s+ tier, at some point you can run a cmd-dmg-bomb and take 130-150s with 4units in the army. If you need to spam those for quick production its popping off

At R10 with ok-ish gear i find that executioner and nazgul maxed and rest in dark ranger hits way more consistent and higher
