'Phurba' is not pronounced 'furba' the 'h' in phurba is aspirated thus the pronunciation is more like 'purba'. The Tibetan language does not have an 'f' sound. So when you see 'ph' in transliterated Tibetan, the 'p' is followed by an aspirated 'h' as an un-voiced outbreath.

Pardon me if I ask, if it is okay for Vajrakilaya's mantra as Highest Yoga Tantra to chant without self generation, why not all practice of Tantra allowed us to do that? Is it because a lama chooses to let the mantra go public? Or it is actually okay to chant some deities' mantra such as Buddha Aksobhya / Mitrukpa without initiation as long we don't meditate ourselves to become the deity?
Always ask your own teacher. That’s the main factor. But generally it is self generation and the sadhana that requires permission because they require training. As Kyabje Garchen Rinpoche pointed out secret mantra doesn’t mean it’s top secret , but rather that the true meaning remains difficult to comprehend without teachings. If you are worried I suggest not chanting it… or asking your personal teacher. Hope that helps. In kindness
Generally as long as you're initiated into a Yidam Deity then there's no issue with visualizing the Deity as if it is standing in front of you, in fact that is a helpful practice when you're just starting out and learning how to clearly visualize the Deity. Sometimes self-generation is discouraged when it comes to certain wrathful Deities, but this is really a matter of the teacher's instructions. Some Deities like Vajrasattva do not require initiation but even so, receiving initiation into a Yidam Deity is always considered better than not receiving it. All of that being said, I highly suggest you read Garchen Rinpoche's book about Vajrakilaya.

never practice any mantra without an empowerment
Don't be so ridged! Its by the kindness of these Tibetan Buddhist Masters that you even know about these practices.
