However I don't recall ever seeing you in your videos before. Breath taking. A wonderful combination of being both really hot and yet like a angel. Hey Claudia! I love your channel!! You are such a talented chef and person. I am pretty much pescatarian now with the exception of some chicken. But when I was a kid my mom used to make pepper steak (back when I ate meat). I wanted to recreate that same experience with my son who is such a picky eater. I tease him that he should be a food taster because he knows when an ingredient is missing or needed. He is 22 now and I encourage him to cook. But the best compliment that I could give you on this recipe is that someone who didn't eat or like veggies will fall in love with them. My son was like this is "GREAT"
Thanks so much for this amazing recipe! Cooked it tonight with white rice and was so pleased with the flavor and how filling it was. Such an amazing meal my family also enjoyed it. I was out of chicken broth so I used beef broth and sprinkled some roasted garlic and herb seasoning on the steak with the adobo which to be honest it did not need. Will definitely subscribe and add this recipe to my list of meals! Almost forgot I also added shrimp so delicious
