I would love to see a Field spell that searches on activation and has a opt pot of avarice type of effect. The deck runs out of extra deck really easily.
I think we should expect to get: - New Main Deck monster (Zoroa's friend "Spoon", I think). His effects should reflect his teleportation power - Another new main deck monster (Someone from Endymion's family, probably his brother or his retainer) - Endymion Link (combining him and Atermis) - Crowley Fusion (combining him and Aiwass) - Chorozo true form, new big boss Counting the released Chorozo, that's 6 cards already, half of the expected support. To round up mechanical problems, new S/Ts that streamline combos and support the equipping playstyle would be best. This can be achieved with very few cards. If the story goes beyond the Magistus incident into the development of Crowley, Endymion and Rilliona, it's possible we get direct support for Endymion, Invoked and Witchcrafter, which should be: - Artemis Link 4 - New form of Verre after her return - New Invoked boss
They need a field spell with 3 very good effects. They also need monster negation or protection. They need tie in cards that are extenders and or searches/summons/sets. This deck is an older deck that needs lots of help to compete with modern day decks.
as a advid magistus player here is what WILL fix this deck magistus field spell: Makes level 4 or lower unaffected by card effects: no more zoroa chokepoint, search any magistus card on activation, once per turn (quick effect) special summon a magistus card from the backrow magistus link 3: 3 effect monsters including a spellcasters (you can also special summon with monsters in your backrow sends one backrow monster to the graveyard for a monster negate and equip to itself and can also send one monster equip to it to destoy a spell/trap, and a couple more level 4 monsters maybe a circular or a rota ion know im not picky it needs protection, interruption, and follow-up and for modern yu gi oh this is what we need
Weird to do a video for spellbook, wutchcrafter, invoked, and Endymion cause they could all potentially be solved by magistus becoming an engine that’s really good in all
I’d love a Main Deck monster that discards itself to set a new searching/protection field spell - with a graveyard effect to Special Summon a Magistus monster from the S/T zone. I’ll take everything and anything tho!
It’s been a while since we got any Lair of Darkness content. I’ve only ever played Lair Infernoid so I’m curious what you think Lair needs to be playable in 2024
Servant cannot summon Magistus Endymion. Only cards that imply they hold spell counters can be summoned by Servant. I wish Magistus Endymion was a tuner, would be way more splashable in spell counter Endymion. Wish Synchro Zoroa also equipped from GY, and also equipped anytime its special summoned...not just synchro summoned. That being said Magistus could use ways to recycle its ED more. It burns through them way too fast. Its like Dogmatika, but we actually use our ED monsters for more than just taking them out the ED for 1x uses. We also need something that summons the ED monsters from spell/trap zone especially when we need to make space back there. And yea, another good going 1st ED Magistus to summon and on equip with
They would have to release a at least two waves that revamp how they work. They rely too much on your cards being destroyed or sent to the gy in order to do something
@@chewdoom8415 They just need to make an Extra Deck boss monster that changes the effects of your opponent's activated effects to "destroy 1 monster your opponent controls." Konami should've made more cards with these kinds of effects of archetypes that need and/or benefit for their strategies to shine more.
@@jvsonic2468 They would need more than one card that does that and I wonder if it would be that useful. Some protection would be necessary and they would need to get the materials on board, which the opponent can get rid of of. War rock medium is basically a "prototype" of the tenpai field spell and that's really what war rock needed. However, even with a field spell like that they can just get disrupted during the BP and cannot really get bodies on field during the mp in order to break the board. They just really did them dirty.
You know how magistus involves all sorts of spellcasters from other archetypes I'm curious if we'll see more spellcasters from other archetypes join the ranks.

I’ll admit it would help if he could pop itself but he definitely works on a full field I just crash him.. I’m not saying he’s great but mid on an easy to make board wipe is crazy to me ..he’s atleast lil above mid but that’s just my opinion..great video btw cool of u to reply
@@marvisgraves1192I always go for Zoroa first and I play 2 vahram I equip one and keep one in standbye in case my opponent not playing extra deck monsters

We need a way of special summoning the magistus extra deck monsters while they are equips or in the grave and a form of interruption for going first
Vahram as an equip keeps you protected from getting raigeki
Snake-Eye Temple?
We have Zoroa. the deck needs 2 more consistency pieces, an extender, and 1 more boss.
They mainly need a way to protect their equip cards and a viable boss monster ascension for chorozo
Magistus Vritra has that effect in the GY.
@@renaldyhaen yeah but only if you banish it once. Im talking about something thats permanent while zoroa is on the field
Centur-Ion Auxila?

I think a good payoff would be great. They have so many things that do something that's one step below a plan but they don't specialize in anything

You weren’t too far off.
New Invoked support would also be amazing, I need that new Invocation art as a monster 👏👏
I always thought a field spell that at least had an Orcust Babel type effect that could make your Magistus equips quick effects would be really good
The fusion is a fiend and requires a magistus + spellcaster; it's summonable with the fiendsmith link.
Magistus Nadir Servant is an obvious choice imo since Magistus doesnt really care if the monsters are summoned properly before equipped
I just made a magistus/spell book deck so hopefully we get some good cards for the archetype 🙏🏾
For diabellastar:
It can summon tg salamander then it ss out tg cyber magician
(lvl1 spellcaster tuner)
you can make zoroa on the opponent's turn using a small centurion engine

I see Magistus

the current endymion is not a valid target, it needs to have an effect involving spell counters
Magistus REALLY need a rota spell and a better starter
Xyz armour spell card can equips any xyz monster from the grave and a good end board piece
Could be a spicy include if we don’t activate the magistus xyz
They need a boss monster that isn't beaten by book of moon.
Think the ocg will do War rock?!? Now that they have the formula with tenpai it could be a good time to revisit War rock!
