Hartung Family Farms is a farming operation out of Jackson and Clinton County Iowa, with our main farm located in Preston Iowa. We have around 2400 acres of corn, soybeans, alfalfa, rye, and oats as well as around 750 head of cattle. Well, you answered my question. I didn't watch your video far enough before I asked it period well, you didn't answer my question directly, but you discuss the fact that you work for dear in design combines. Do you see any technologies that will change the way a combine?
Harvest and processes grain in the near future. Or is it kind of a stagnant technology wear?
It is what it is and the machines do. An excellent job at what they do. And the only reason people will buy new equipment is because they're old. Equipment is becoming less reliable due to aging out and parts failure.

Great question. There are always small things being improved on every year (which is why most people keep buying new stuff). But it will only be small things because you can only do so much with a combine harvester... they only have been around for 100+ years

You work for John deere in the combine harvesting engineering department don't you? How Does your case combine compare to the John deere combines? Have you ever tried to have your father or family trade that unit in on a deere
