Oh wow this is gorgeous and this is one I def have to try. Young nails has a stain resistant top coat that I think really helps with the light nails keep the color. Thank you for explaining chrome I always need a refresher!!
Thanks Jenna! 😊 Unfortunately stain resistant topcoat would not work for this milky gel, as it's not a matter of staining. The swatch was not topcoated, it was just the milky white gel. Sometimes pigments can react with UV lights and change slightly, which is what happened in this case. It's unfortunate, but it happens! In any case thanks for sharing your preference for a stain resistant topcoat! Always love when you guys share your recommendations. I hope you try this trend, I think it's a fun one!

Thanks Wendy! 🥰 I do love mirror chromes too. I've done a few manis with them too! I have an older video where I made chrome french tips with them. Of course you can just lay down a quick layer of black/white or sometimes even just gel base and rub the mirror chrome on and it's a quick yet impressive mani! You definitely could do some fun nail art with them also. Just paint on a bit of line art gel or gel base on your finished dip mani (after filing and buffing, no top coat or even base gel), rub chrome in, then gel base and topcoat over top. I can definitely work on a chrome nail art video. It'll probably be a bit before I get to it but I'll put it on my list! 🥰
