to add to the pick-pocketers in Paris... they WILL slice the bottom of your purse and take from the bottom as well. my friends camera got stolen this way😳. these tips are so helpful
Mica Johnson When i went to paris i went on the metro ( just to say i was in yr 7 at the time ) anyway i was standing next to a seat as there were alot of us and i suddenly felt someone dig into my pocket Luckily my money and camera were in my inside pocket anyway i stared at him and he got of at the next stop
These islands or beaches are amazing for couple ,Please do not travel alone ,Lonely men can not enjoy of these beaches or rain forests but It is ok for Lonely girls .....Bobi in Germany

Free upgrade on flight by checking in 24 hrs in advance?? What? I fly all the time, always check in 24 hrs in advance and NEVER an upgrade. Can you explain?
Even with status it's very difficult to get an upgrade; 24 hours won't make much of a difference. The only "upgrades" at less than 24 hours in advance she's talking about are things like bulkhead seats that give you more legroom that are typically reserved for disabled passengers that might not be taken. Most airlines reserve a few of these seats and will give them away if they aren't used 30 minutes before departure. You can't select these seats yourself; they show as taken when selecting seats. The gate agent can release these seats for you.
I work for a major airline and trust me you aren’t EVER upgraded because you checked in 24 hours early. She may have status because she flies often then she is upgraded by status early but not the general traveler which is who she’s speaking to.
Be sure to go to Norway at the end of the summer, it is such a beautiful place to visit. We did a 2-week drive through of Norway in August a couple of years back. If you find yourself in Germany, hit us up and we can show you some places around Wiesbaden, Germany and treat you to a nice Korean dinner while here. Great tips!!!
A tip I learnt instead of checking in 24 hours early to get a good seat is I went into my travel agent and payed a $100 to book a specific seat which besides the price is a lot more convenient because I had the same seat (which was an awesome seat) for all 4 of my flights for only $100.
So much good information for traveling ! Love it! Thanks for sharing and thanks for uploading. Great videos and great content. We love traveling and to inspire others to travel as well!
As a flight attendant, pleaaaasseee do tip number 2. Don't get on the plane and decide you don't like where you're sitting. Please talk to the gate agents. Most always they are happy to accommodate you and it will help speed up the boarding process!
Thanks enjoyed your video I really like the tip about hairstyling plug adaptor wouldn't have thought of it. I'm going to get one for my upcoming hols. Definitely relate to having a spare outfit in your carry on I learnt the hard way too.
my dad always keeps his wallet in his back pocket and when he was in france one time he got pick pocketed and he always tells us to be really careful when you're in a foreign country
I’m flying to Paris in April and people have been telling me to not even bring a crossbody because robbers can still grab your bag from you or cut it to grab stuff out of your bag. I recommend getting either a money belt or a necklace wallet to put under your clothes!
I've also been all over Scandinavia. Originally from Hawaii, living near Seattle. Currently in Finland, heading my way to Lapland to snowboard. This packing is so not my style (to each his own). Less makeup and I also like exploring the outdoors. Either I am hiking during summers, biking in the spring (Denmark streets), or snow boarding during the winter's of each country. My packing is outdoor gear. I try to spend at least 2 nights in the city and the rest, being outdoors. Try traveling this way...out of the tourist spots and enjoying the locals. So much more fun. Go to the Pulpit Rock, Kjerabolten, Trolltunga hikes in Norway. It will challenge you and you'll see traveling to these countries even more breathtaking! You're missing out on Scandinavia's amazing outdoors!
HONEY. I just stumbled across this video and how crazy, I'm actually heading to Norway this summer to study abroad!! Thank you sooooooo much for these tips, you're a life saver :)
side note for tip #12 if you are on the pill for birth control melatonin can decrease its effectiveness. a lot of people don’t know this so just thought I should put it out there
Good job. Two recommendations - 1. carry your PPort, money, IDs in a pouch around your neck and under your shirt. I use two, one for PPort and daily money, the second for back up money, IDs etc (which I leave in room upon arrival). 2. Carry approximately $300.00 backup money per person, I had to use it in one of my trips to Europe, my Debit Card was remotely scanned and my account sold on line to a person in New Mexico. Like Jeanine said tell your bank before you travel, I did and my bank picked up on it used in New Mexico while I was in Europe and froze my account. Order 200 (or more) Euros from AAA to have when you land for eats and transportation to where you stay. Use your Debit Card at an ATM INSIDE A BANK for more euros. Carry your Debit/Credit cards inside an RDIF card holder I make it a habit to put it back in the holder before I leave the cash register. 3. An over the shoulder bag can be cut at the straps and removed.
Not all airlines offer free gate check for luggage so definitely check before you leave as there can be big costs for this, especially on Low Cost Carriers
perfect timing im going on a trip in 3 days!! i love how helpful and positive your videos are and the clips in the beginning of this video are beautiful!!! you are so lucky to be in norway💛love u!!
Awesome tips! I love the oatmeal tip; super smart. The long layover tip is genius even if it is just for 8 hours. I really want to go to London. I need to tell my family about global entry.
Free upgrade? What planet does that happen on? Free checking your bag at the gate? Only offered occasionally when the plane is full. Tell your bank you’re travelling? Haven’t had to do that for two years.
@@user-jc3sz6we7w IDK. Ask United Airlines. I didn't do anything special, I didn't even ask for the upgrade. They just called my sister and I to the gate and told us that we had been upgraded for our flights to Tokyo from San Francisco and back
missmayflower one time when I was traveling alone (ima tween) and I asked them if I could change my seat so I wasn’t next to someone I didn’t know and they moved me up to 1st class because they had a few extra spots....it was free of charge lol
I live in Southern California and next month, I’m flying to Chicago, staying there for 3 days, then a 3 hour drive in a rented van to Indianapolis for 5 days to see my cousins!!
Hi Jeanine! I recommend you not to book through Expedia for hotels! I work at the front desk of a hotel and they are the worst company! Sometimes reservations don’t come through or they book the wrong dates for customers. Try booking directly with hotels :)

I check in early every time and have never been upgraded. The only time was a time my flight was super delayed and they put me on another plane
I’ve been upgraded once☺️I travel a LOT
