STUCK ON APPLE LOGO? IPHONES, IPADS, IPODS | Try These Steps First!!!

If your Iphone, Ipad, or Ipod is stuck in a boot loop / Apple logo screen try this two steps first before restoring your phone.
1: Hold down power and home button the same time until it turns black then let go of the power button and continue to hold down the home button. Hold until your lock screen appears. You may have to hold up to 5 minutes. If this does not work go to number 2.
2: Hold down power and home button the same time until it turns black then let go of both of the buttons and then hold down the volume up button and wait until your lock screen appears. You may have to hold the volume up button for up to 10 minutes.
If neither of these two help then you may have to restore via Itunes.

Same here I found out how, you litter have to hold the power button, volume down button, and home button all 3 at the same time, it took me 40 times but I swear it worked!

Same issue and not even recognize on conect or popup in Itunes latest version, tried the insane tender slapping on the back Burb technic, factory settings with usbcable where Apple logo+cable will come on screen, power off/on+volume up 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-30mins, RedSnow, , nothing works!!!
One thing only did worked for me what solved the problem, is by using a bigass rock. Smash it on the front and smash it on the front of the Ipad each side 3 times! You can do this from differend hights but from 1 mtr will do okay, did worked for me perfectly!

THANK YOU!!!!!! My phone has been dealing with the white screen and apple logo for 24 hours now and all turning it off and on did was nothing. Only the battery was low twice, cause it kept going on and off on its own the whole time. Pressing both, the home and and the side button at the same time was recommended everywhere. But keeping the home button pressed is what did the trick for me. Now it's having an update and being restored by itunes. Good thing backups exist. And my last one was yesterday morning, so everything should be fine. Again, thank you for sharing the trick!!!! :D

Ronja Christin maybe it'd been 2 months ago you have watched this video and you already bought yourself a new phone or maybe you already fixed your phone idk but if this would ever happen to your iPhone again and none this process works you gotta download iTunes in yourApple computer or PC, which ever laptop you have, and either restore your phone or update your phone, I suggest updating your phone first and if not restore it. This happened to me with my iPhone 5 none of them worked and I had to download iTunes in my PC and I fixed it from there.

I tried your first option, but what happened to me was different. After I released the sleep button, and holding the home button, what's popped up on my screen is the iTunes logo and the charger chord logo. So I connected my phone to my mac, and it said that I need to restore my iPhone, so I did it. And it works! thank you so much :)
This is also what happened to me. The iTunes logo appeared with a picture of a charger under it. When I plugged it into my laptop I was given the option to update or restore. I tried updating it first but that didn’t work so I had to restore. But now it’s working!

I FIXED THIS! What you've got to do is connect your iPhone to iTunes, then once it's in DFU mode two options will show, one is to restore the phone and the other is to update to the latest iOS. DO NOT RESTORE, INSTEAD UPDATE TO THE LATEST IOS! Once the update has complete your phone will then work! (P.S my boot loop was caused by Facebook update, so if yours is the same then this method should work 100%)

Guys, Slay's right, it works. Seriously. My wife's phone was jacked from the fb update and this is the ONLY thing that worked 100%. Her phone is up and running again and all her data was recovered. If your stuck on the apple logo screen, plug your phone into a laptop, load up itunes (it may say it can't connect to the phone due to a lock on the device, ignore that) then hold down the power button and the HOME button AND KEEP HOLDING BOTH BUTTONS UNTIL YOU SEE THE SCREEN WITH A CORD PLUGGED INTO THE ITUNES LOGO. Then follow Slays instructions exactly how he tells you to. THANK YOU SLAY YOU JUST SAVED ME A TRIP TO THE LONG LINED DEPTHS OF HELL IN THE APPLE STORE

To people saying it doesn't work, plug it into your Mac and once the "connect to iTunes" appears, iTunes will launch and ask whether or not you want to restore the device.
Does it have an option to update the phone instead of restoring? I don't want to restore/delete my phone (I need my contacts apps photos etc) but I had very low storage so I have no clue if I can update instead

Mine got stuck on the apple logo after downloading Facebook, this helped me:
1. Plug phone into iTunes (make sure it is up to date)
2. Hold power and home button together until the screen on your phone is put into 'restore' mode.
3. Follow the iTunes prompts to 'update' the phone.
This process sounds simple but it took me 4 hours to get it fixed.

I had the FB issue too! Couldn't resolve the issue with my late 2008 aluminum unibody running 10.7.5 and iTunes at 12.2.2.25. The TReiboot would not load for me to use. SO, after hours of trying to MAKE this work, I finally just downloaded iTunes to the family PC and it loaded 12.5 and could also read my iphone and UPDATE it. I'm so glad I did not have to do a restore. So SUCCESS! Good luck to everyone with this problem. All comments led/lead to somewhere so I'm leaving mine too.
