I kept saying bigger battery, but I'd settle for a 45-50w superfast and 25w wireless fast charging battery at this point.
Are the cameras upgraded from the existing Fold 6? If they would add an integrated s pen this would sell well in the us.. but like always Samsung gets to screw its US customers.

Brilliant move by Samsung to bring out a teaser of what Fold 7 would be like so that people planning to buy their competition would refrain themselves for just a little while till they officially launch Fold 7 globally but as a Fold6 user, I feel a bit cheated having spent $1700 and their newer model is already out there. I feel I should switch to S25 Ultra when it comes out. Thank You Jeff for the video, and as always, it was really fun to watch.

Let's be honest. We need to stop hyping Samsung on this new trend they want to start. If you re spending $1800 for a phone, it should have every speck and should worth the price. There's no need for a Special Edition.
It's not a trend. If it were then you would see it more often but this is the first time it happened. I think this is just Samsung testing the waters with this new and much slimmer form factor with this SE fold first. I'm not defending Samsung, just correcting you for better understanding.
As a current S24 Ultra user I'd seriously consider the Fold 7 if the front screen is closer to the width of the S24 Ultra. I'm not sure why they went so narrow for the front screen for so many years. They're getting closer but have some width to go yet to make it really usable. Let's face it, the majority of the time we'll be using the front screen, so make it as usable as possible!
Glad you got one! Looks unbelievable. Although, I'm one of the few that like the small outer screen on the z fold 6 cause it's so much easier to hold confidently. I just hope foldables continue to grow in popularity and most people seem to want the larger screen so I'm all for it. Don't think I can go back to a slab phone now.
One of the only things holding me back from buying my first foldable is the narrow front screens. I would like a closer width to my current S24 Ultra for the front screen to make it as usable as possible. Hopefully the Fold 7 is even a little wider than the SE version
Verizon works absolutely perfect for me. I got mine a week ago and fully tested it. I can confirm the Korean Samsung Fold SE works on the important 4g bands and ALL the 5g bands. I'm now using this as my daily driver. Why did you say it doesn't work on Verizon?

How is it compared to the Pixel 9 pro Fold? I just got my Pixel 9 pro fold today and LOVE it! The main reason I went with the pixel over the Z fold 6 was because I hated the skinny outer display...But now seeing this I am wondering if I should return it and go with the SE Z Fold lol

Surprised it didn't come with a screen protector for both screens considering the usa market qont have accessories for this. Will this korean version allow you to log into your USA samsung account to transfer over data from old phone? Just ordered mines from Korea as well. Would you suggest I cancel before it ships? As a z fold owner, i think it's funny/sad how samsung goes all out with a phone case, charging brick and usb c wire all in the box for customers overseas, but not in the U.S.👎🏼... Americans need to demand more from these phone companies in the u.s. Good video .👍🏼

Random comment but the TORRAS Magnetic Armor Stand for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Case has worked well for me.Very similar to the Spigen case I had for my Z Fold 4 but no adhesive on the front. I see some people complaining about the front popping off on Amazon, but I truly have had no issue & very much like the fact that adhesive wasn't required. Also the kick stand is convenient albeit not perfect.

The Z Fold is one of the most expensive phones on the market...special edition or regular version. Would be nice for them always throw in a case and super fast charging brick. I got a lot of chargers, but not a lot of super fast chargers like 35 or 45w. Hell throw in a few stickers as well. Throw in one of those Samsung cases with the s pen attached to the back.
Levi of att coverage and no support for wallet are deal breakers for me...I almost went down the rabbit hole and would have been mad. I'll wait for the 7. Thank you for the video!
I'm super tempted to import one. I've been waiting for Samsung to make these changes(upgrades) to increase the user experience. I have a Z fold 3. The only thing the SE is missing is s pen support on the front/inner displays and housing it in the chassis. They should just make it the same size as the s24 ultra and give us what we want. Its limited releases like this that will eventually drive their customers to other phone choices. Apple will be joining the fold space soon, and where samsung is not listening to their customers, Apple is.
We need S pen support front and inner screen!!!!!!! 65 watts plus wired and wireless IR BLASTER with remote control app i personally like under display camera on inner screen

The Korean Fold SE only comes in 512gb but the Chinese w25 has options for 512gb or 1tb of storage. The both have 16gb of ram.

You realize that whether it works or not greatly depends on where in the US you live? It's not really a one size fits all thing.

Keep saying samsung beats every foldable with a ZFold that is the Size of two Note 10 6.3 screen size laying side by side open and close find a way to get S24Ultra specs minus the battery for 50w superfast charging.
That seems like an unlikely comparison as the views would not perform well enough to be worth it

The Z Fold is one of the most expensive phones on the market...special edition or regular version. Would be nice for them always throw in a case and super fast charging brick. I got a lot of chargers, but not a lot of super fast chargers like 35 or 45w. Hell throw in a few stickers as well. Throw in one of those Samsung cases with the s pen attached to the back.

I'm super tempted to import one. I've been waiting for Samsung to make these changes(upgrades) to increase the user experience. I have a Z fold 3. The only thing the SE is missing is s pen support on the front/inner displays and housing it in the chassis. They should just make it the same size as the s24 ultra and give us what we want. Its limited releases like this that will eventually drive their customers to other phone choices. Apple will be joining the fold space soon, and where samsung is not listening to their customers, Apple is.

I didn't buy the z fold 6 because of the size of that screen. I hope they follow the same design for the Z fold 7.
