    Great video as usual. I wish the deer would take a rest. They seem to walk no matter what hour of the day.

      They do lay down. For the most part, deer bed down during the day when the sun is out. Because of this fact, deer are considered nocturnal animals since they are active during the night. The average deer will sleep about 12 hours during the day. They often move their locations throughout the day in order to protect themselves from potential predators.

      I agree Tom. The coyotes are going to be a problem. I am only aware of losing 1 fawn. I haven't even seen an owl this summer.
