Can this be done when someone is going to take your back while you are in a sitting position?

Wrestling is my all time favorite sport . I coached wrestling for 6 years . And also coach my godson when they were little. Some times I wish could get back on the mat and coach again. But the parents soured me on coaching.

Holy sh*t, this was smooth technique! Didn't see that one coming.
This was not only cool wrestling technique but also useful move for MMA. You'll often see this position in modern MMA matches, since no-one wants to be pinned on their back anymore.

I both learned what a hip heist was, and that I love it from this video. Awesome.

Man! This is a great grappling/wrestling channel! I wish there's a channel like this but for striking as well. Hehehe.

Is there an armbar from the ankle pin. Two hands under elbow, ankle to the wrist and body weight for shoulder control.
