I had that same haircut when I was in Germany in the 80s. Our hairdresser was a 25 year old German girl who came to the barracks once a week. She' would cut that up in 15 mns or less. No gel, nothing, just scissors and a clipper.
Jack LINDEN yeah man. My barber cuts my hair in 15 minutes. Clippers over comb, and a razor to do the edges and the partition.
15 minutes and a cup of coffee and I'm good to go again.

@Yan landry What? No, they were either too broke to cut their hair properly or it was a tradition in the greaser community. Modern greasers are able to do fades, but look at your typical greaser characters like Johnny Depp as Crybaby, John Travolta, etc.
There's a reason they always have ducktails/ducks ass on the back of their head, because their hair is really long.

Y'all did a great job on the styling, but I was wondering if there was a simpler way to achieve this style without putting a whole lot of work into it everyday. I am currently sporting a stylized high-and-tight, 0 gauge on the sides and back up to the edge of the crown. At the edge of the crown, I have asked my haircutter to put a thin feathering fade (about an 8th to a 4th of an inch in thickness) along that edge so that it won't be such a hard line between the thick top and the shaven sides. On the top, I have grown it out to about 3-4 inches in length in order to style it in the form of a fauxhawk, pompadour, left or right side comb over, or just combed straight out from the back to the front. What are y'all's suggestions for a different style of high-and-tight or undercut and tips on how to maintain it?

Got it, since im working as a hairdresser too many people tell me that they like it and want it too
most asian guys in the us used to rock this hairstyle back in the 90s. They would have long highlighted bangs and slick it back with the clean faded sides. It was what attracted all the asian girls back then (not so much nowadays). If you didn't have this hairstyle you weren't dangerous enough lol.
