Guys, please don't refer to deaf people as dumb. There is nothing dumb about being deaf. Remember, people who use verbal communication can also lack intelligence. I like you guys but I find the dumb comment extremely offensive to the deaf community.

Yes my Aunt was Deaf but highly intelligent.. She was shot and killed in a drive by shooting at the age of 21 while pregnant on ash Wednesday for you who don't know what that is its a catholic thing she had the sign of the cross on her forehead but she was shot by a total stranger and when he was caught 13 years later he said he shot her and her boyfriend because they were white and he was mad at his ex white girlfriend her boyfriend was shot in the shoulder she was shot in her face but my point being they may be Deaf or hard of hearing but never dumb most of Deaf people can read lips and even talk them self they cant hear us so they learn in differentway then we do and it makes them smarter then us in many ways.. sorry im commenting from my husband's account lol.. but sending love from Philadelphia.. ❤

You both must change your sleeping patterns as when the baby arrives there will not be no 10 am wake up. Get in the habit now and you will have it all down pat. Looking forward to the new baby coming soon. ❤️🙏🏻

Saying this out of love for you guys, teaching the baby to follow your sleep schedule is unhealthy. Make it a point to put baby as well as you guys to sleep ard 9pm, is good. Baby might wake up twice at night and you need to wake to give milk as well. No matter how long baby sleeps in the morning I notice that they will wake up latest 9am.parenta should wake up at 8am to sterilize the bottles, wash the clothing's and clean the house. By the time baby wakes up you can give your full attention attending to him/her. If you wake up late and juggle work /attending too baby/pumping milk, cleaning house will be a total chaos. You'll feel more tired and worked out as ever.. start sleeping and wakiing up early. trust me you'll feel more energised andwhen baby is sleeping on the afternoon you can take a nap as well. That way you'll have more time to play with baby.

Why don’t you guys go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning? The sleep specialist say that you should be in bed by at least 9 PM. Get a good night sleep for 7 to 8 hours . You’re missing the most important part of your sleeping cycle.

Silvia you might want to google foot massage in pregnancy ! My daughter was not advised in her later months to do so by her doctor, it encourages labor pain!
Also deep heat is not recommended in pregnancy.

I’ve never heard fainting is normal. It can happen under certain circumstances, but I don’t think it’s normal…

Don’t worry about what ppl say. 15 lbs is perfect. Listen to your physician. That lower number on the BP of 83, should be watched as well. You don’t want BP to get too high, thus, resulting in toxemia or preeclampsia. If you were any less than 15 lbs, then the question would be is weight lost or gained enough for development of the healthy fetus! You’re supposed to gain weight. But not excessive. Keeping low sodium will help the edema you might see in your feet. This can also be a sign of something else! You’re doing great! Once you complete the GTT tomorrow, you’ll have a better view of how your body is handling food(carbohydrates specifically) from my POV, as a healthcare degreed professional who has worked with gestational moms and babies, you are on a good foot. Glucose levels can creep up during last few months because that’s when baby is more actively putting on fetal weight. It’s also when iron (Fe) levels can drop. So you may feel more fatigued as time goes on, and your baby is pulling more iron from you. We Continue to pray for God’s reign over your pregnancy and safe delivery! ☮️💜

First time parents often setup a baby registry, it's a USA thing. 😊
My daughter has 4 children, although she didn't setup a baby registry herself, but her faithful friends were always there to help in that area. There's Nothing wrong with it.
Friends would normally set up a baby shower too, to show appreciation and love for the baby.
I remember the first two baby showers that was setup for my daughter included "Pampers and Wipes". Believe me, unless you decide not to, you will need lots and lots of them!
My daughter ended up with enough to last the baby's 1st year and some.
So receive all the help that is offered to you with great joy. Baby Bichanga will thank you for it latter.😊
