I had never heard such a beautiful sound before. like peppy le pew we followed that intoxicating sound until we reached the door at 929, paid our cover, and witnessed one of the most talented musicians of our generation. i was strictly into metal and hardcore at the time and denali was the first band to make me stray from the genre.

I saw them open for Deftones way back. I had no idea who they were. Deftones fans stood and watched in awe.
