I just saw the Presidential Imbizo recently held in Tsakane. Seems like they were letting people voice their wishes and opinions, but the whole thing feels disorganized. All of these points should already have been collected by local councils so that they present a coherent view during imbizos for fluid discussions that could have immediate results. Lots of time wasting going on!
