So this essay argues that Romeo and Juliet's relationship is doomed not only because of predetermined 'fate' (which we know from the Prologue to the play), but also their miscommunication between each other. The conclusion, then, brings this notion of their miscommunication to full circle by reminding us that the way the tragedy ends is precisely an example of miscommunication - i.e., Romeo not realising that Juliet isn't actually dead and killing himself before she wakes up to realise the catastrophe that has happened. I hope this clarifies!
