A dove trooping with crows is also a very good symbolism of the way Shakespeare links love with death. This is done throughout the play to foreshadow the later tragedy. Doves are often free’d at weddings and as you said represent purity. However, crows are symbolic of death, suggesting that Juliet is ‘trooping’ and stumbling down the path in which fate shall lead her to her death. Hopefully my exam tomorrow is about love or fate 😁

It is unrequited in the sense that the love expressed by the 'lover' isn't returned by the 'loved' person.But it differs in the sense that it wasn't clear that Petrarch ever told Laura - the object of his love - that he was ever in love with her. Likewise, it isn't clear that Romeo ever tells Rosaline that he's in love with her - and so he's pining for an unattainable love. What's more, the whole point was to pine for someone you could not have. So it is in this sense that Romeo's love is Petrarchan. Hope that helps and good luck with the exam.
I haven't yet got a video on A Christmas Carol, but here are a couple of suggestions that I made to someone else who had a similar question earlier. I'd think about contrasts. At the start Scrooge says 'Bah Humbug!' to describe the idea of Christmas, but at the end he says 'I will honour Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year'. At the beginning he is described as someone who 'carried his own low temperature' and was as hard as 'flint'. By the end 'his own heart laughed'. For themes, I'd think about Social Responsibility (are we responsible for others?), Poverty v Wealth (should we share our good fortune?) and Christmas (i.e. what does Christmas stand for and should we only be as generous as we are at Christmas just once a year?). I hope that's useful and good luck with the exam.
