Dried pusit while being fried already smells so tasty and delicious. But so much more when real sour vinegar with a dash of garlic and fresh hot chili are used for your pusit dippings.
We ❤ seeing your Mama with you because we Filipino when it comes to parents ..we take care of them....unlike in other countries they put there parents in home for the aged..... Hope someday your mother can visit our country Philippines too like Mama Olga....
Delicious Filipino food is the main ingredient that bind us together here on Dima's home channeL and i hope u will also try to cook the delicious Chicken Afritada, your family will surely Like it💯👌🇵🇭🙏
thats my favorite kind of dried squid that I like..so delicious Dima..with a combination of scrumble eggs..u should not over fried the pusit so that it will not be bitter..have fun vlogging
Dima, good evening from 🇵🇭.. Don’t water the squid if you want a pritong tuyong pusit.. Either you put it on frying pan directly while the oil is broiling or you grilled it.. You can’t called dried squid 🦑 if you wet it with water.. I suggest you prefer grilled it next time so that it will be less oily.. But, if you put it on frying pan don’t put it all at once.. Just put it few then once it cooked you remove it & put the other remaining squid.. Put only less oil or enough for the squid to fry.. 🙂 It’s nice that you all also cooked rice & eat with it just like a filipino style.. 🙂 Anyway, it’s nice to see both your mother & sister in your vlog.. even your niece & nephews appeared in your vlog.. Seeing you complete as a family is such a beauty to see.. More power to your vlog! God bless! 🙂🙏🏻❤️ 🇵🇭❤️🇷🇺
Hi Dima, cooking Pilipino foods is good but we are also curious about the Russians foods and way of life. Can you shows us something new and different like your every day life or any beautiful spots in your area must be nice to show us and introduce Russian way of life.
Don't forget to have fried eggs, or scrambled eggs and hot coffee or hot chocolate.. you can also fry some sausage with garlic rice. all for breakfast.
Wooh pritong pusit is yummy, here in Cebu there's a well known place for dried fishes, seafoods where people in all walks of life go there to buy, daghang mapagpilian 1st class too. Taboan is the name of that pasalubong market.
Oh I see a different Russian family and lifestyle here. Quiet, calm, organized settings inside their house. Here, they use fork in eating! , which is better.
Dima, just a piece of advice when you eat dried pusit or fish, you just dip it in vinegar without salt and put onion and chili and it's gonna be yummy...
You have to fry Dima the squid with a low heat fire, because it easily burn. so you have to cook in low heat of fire. There is one female Russian who lives now in Cebu and married to a Filipino husband, her channel is "Maria D" and she loves to eat dried squid or we should called it in tagalog "Pusit" and also she loves to eat dried fish called "Dangit" have you been tried "Dangit" it's best for breakfast with vinegar and galic with pepper, to dip those dried Pusit and Dangit, with garlic fried rice 😊👌👍👍
Nice to see your family try out fried pusit. 😊 you may find the taste a bit exotique at first. Hope we can see a sample of your Russian cooking as well! Cheers!
Hello, greetings from Melbourne, Australia. Your family is admirable! They’ve tried to taste some Filipino traditional foodstuffs like “ dried squids” and the national “ adobo”. Perhaps, it will be beneficial for your Mama and Sister to visit Philippines in the future. Russians are well loved by Filipinos because of their adaptive attitude. God bless you Dima and your whole family.
His sister's place is nice and clean. I wonder why they adore it so much here (Philippines) where there is not much of nice and clean houses esp.in provinces or rural areas. There are a lot of countries with beautiful beaches also with clear and clean waters. Why here? Not being unnationalistic but we cannot deny the fact that here is a Third World economy and environment mostly but only hidden somehow so only beautiful and developed spots or cities are seen.
Isn't it suppose to be deep in water first to rehydrate before frying to soften the meat dried squid is tough to chew i don't know how to cook it properly.
Next time you eat squid, dip it in to vinegar, super masarap,I’m jealous cause I can’t eat dried squid,my gums swells up and itchy, try dipping the squid in vinegar ok sweetie? You wont get disappointed
Wrong.. don’t put water.. just cut to small squares then fry it separately from the salted dry fish.. fry the squid put 🌶️ plenty and pepper and a bit sugar
Tip: We don't eat it raw. Heat cooking oil, when oil is warm enough, that's the time to drop the pusit. No need to put the pusit in water. Slow cook each side for 3-5 minutes on low fire. Dried pusit and other dried food from the Philippines can be extra salty. To counteract the salty taste, you can use vinegar as dipping sauce. Adding chili to the vinegar is optional. Or I suggest eating it with pickled cucumbers instead of dipping in vinegar.
Dip in vinegar sauce with hot Chili 🌶️ a little bit of brown sugar.. hhhmmm yummy..
Ok, thank you 👌
Wonderful family!
A smiling, charming, and happy Dima makes your subscribers and viewers want more!
Nice video!
Thank you 😊

We don't cook dried squid that way. We usually just fry the squid and then for the sauce we mix vinegar and salt. We eat it with rice.

Salamat. And you too!

Fried dried pusit goes well with tomato, fried egg, garlic rice and dipped in vinegar.

We dont put salt on rice because adobo and tuyo/pusit are salty. Best to dip the tuyo/pusit with vinegar plus chili 🌶️

Hello👋 Thank you for watching!
❤❤❤❤🇵🇭🇷🇺
di naman sila nasarapan..kita nmn sa reaction. matigas ang squid at may amoy. first timer lng sila kya mninibago.
Dima, howabout inserting some Russian food sometimes like borscht - it tastes better than mami noodle to me. Squid & a shot of vodka.
Ok need to cook borscht in someone day 😊
Correction it's not adoba, you have to pronounce the O at the end it's ADOBO not ADOBA🫣😁☺️✌️
In cooking dried pusit, never soak them in water. Let's see if what's the taste
Hi Dima why u don’t have short videos like Andre and Jelena..
Create one
Just thinking. Why They prefer to use spoon instead fork? They didn't know how to use fork most of the European People.
Because it's more convenient to use a spoon for rice:)
Houses in Russia are beautiful..
This is because it's new house 😊
Try to google it or TH-cam on how to cook i don’t mean to do it perfectly but to have an idea to make it properly
Isn't it suppose to be deep in water first to rehydrate before frying to soften the meat dried squid is tough to chew i don't know how to cook it properly.
We cooke dry squid toasted in a deep fry oil so its not tough to chew
Next time you eat squid, dip it in to vinegar, super masarap,I’m jealous cause I can’t eat dried squid,my gums swells up and itchy, try dipping the squid in vinegar ok sweetie? You wont get disappointed
Are there dried pusit on sale in Russia?
No, like this pusit not sale in Russia
Dima, did your mom like the dried pritong pusit? Because it’s stink😀just wondering.
Stink? No, it's ok :)
🫰✨🤤
It is unusual for your mama and sister to eat pritong pusit. The smell and taste is maybe weird for them.
Yes this is unusual food 😊
Wrong.. don’t put water.. just cut to small squares then fry it separately from the salted dry fish.. fry the squid put 🌶️ plenty and pepper and a bit sugar
