With the jobs, taking on Blacks/Asians to meet their obligations of a diverse work force, they certainly won't be employing the best people for the jobs. Watch Jordan Peterson, he'll explain it.

Right, if I have two employees, both from an ethnic minority background and want to grow my business by employing one other person, would I be within my rights to state 'Must be white English' in my job advert in order to balance my workforce? The answer would be no, and I'd no doubt be prosecuted!
I get your point, but you would then be part of the problem, you should employ the person best qualified to do the job irrespective of irrelevant things, like race, religion, age, gender, colour etc etc.

Mass migration they say is needed to grow the economy. But at the moment what is needed is to stabilize the economy, by immediately halting mass immigration and implementing austerity measures. So many needless narratives and agendas that are absolute money pits. Ensure the foundation of the economy is grounded in proper business acumen for the moment, watch the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves. Only then, start looking to expand.
@@dungwit11 Ermm, I think you missed that the second sentence is part of the first point. Basically if you are a tax-funded dept or org that hires on anything but merit you shouldn't exist. Plus a lot of farmers are paid NOT to use their fields.....seeing as we get half our food from abroad why does that happen exactly?
Another interesting video. Thank you Daniel. On the subject of only accepting job applications from 'minorities' - does that mean the Environment Agency is quite happy to potentially accepting a candidate of lesser ability than if the job was open to all? I think this sort of discrimination against the historic indigenous population is outrageous.
That's exactly what it means and is the true purpose of all this diversity nonsense. Unlike a real business, which has to be run efficiently and for financial reasons would give the job to the most competent applicant, regardless of ethnicity. Jobs for inadequates by design. Hence the Labour cabinet. (dear bot, I am using the term 'inadequate' on this equation as a noun) Maybe the bot is itself diverse!
If a business is run by people who haven't the skill or knowledge then that business would fail. This business is our country and it's a little bit more important.
When you see the corrupt inefficiency of the civil service/agencies/public service, it is staggering. This summer I needed to update my driving licence for medical reasons. Despite being set up on the 'Gov.UK One' Digital system, they would not even respond to my email apart from a receipt confirmation. I was abroad for an extended break so did not see their letters until later. Then when I rang and asked what was going on, they wanted a completely new licence application by paper. Would they post that to me as I was abroad and needed the licence updated to return home. No, they only post within the UK. Fortunately, a friend was willing to travel over and drive me home. Even when I sent the application in, it took nearly a month to return my passport, i.e. dealt with the first stage, then many more weeks to contact my GP, who then took weeks to respond. This is a process with multiple needless, steps, handling of paperwork, documents, wasting the time of multiple people. This should have been dealt with digitally by way of a 10-minute review by a competent DVLA employee. I appreciate this is the system the DVLA staff must follow, so I have no issue with them, indeed it must be soul destroying to work in such an environment. Now replicate this across the millions of licences handled by the DVLA each year. I have dealt with various other aspects of government over the last decade, as that seems relevant. Every one of those matters revealed a series of failures, people with degrees, but unable to write coherently, write nonsense so bad that that clear had no idea how stupid they are, write completely fake information. Then there are others, who collude makes false statements to the courts, and later admit doing so, as 'It is what we do'. Others who collude, perjure themselves, as they have been trained to do. I have worked for decades in senior roles in complex businesses and organisations, so am used to multiple audits, evaluations, of not only my team's work but also of the entire business. The glaring issue with these public services is that it is not single failures of one in a 100,000 or one in 10,000 we dealing with but multiple sequential failures not only involving technical issues, failures to understand information, but the lies, the false statements, the cover ups, the reversal (where they try to blame you for something that has failed on their side). Then the complete refusal to put right what they have done wrong. In many cases people are incentivised to handle matters to ensure they and/or the organisation, can keep the metrics looking good, that they get the promotions, bonuses, transfers, etc. I was advised by a well-informed contact that it was dangerous to complain, as the level of vindictiveness and retribution is awful, they destroy people's lives. What we have is reams of excessive legislation, absurdly long and unreliable processes, not only a lack of controls, but deliberate corruption of the issues. In some cases, the activity has also become about extending an ideology, an agenda. We have had a glimpse into this hidden unaccountable world by way of the Post Office Inquiry, people who lied to Parliament, lied to individual members of the House of Lords, to MPs, to ministers. All the way from the simple steps in a reliable process, to all the behaviours, the management, the awful role played by the unions, it is no wonder the government is overspending. It is not only about the financial waste of government spending, but the waste of time, resources, and energy the public endures, to the deliberate devastation of lives. I cannot see it getting any better, the current attorney general was head of Matrix Chambers, of Tony Blair and Cherie Blair fame, a firm who have earned millions representing migration cases. Regardless of whether they have the knowledge or skill, I think the worst aspects are the entitlement, the desire to impose ideologies, the vicious and destructive aspects, the lack of immediately accountability, restitution, the requirement to respect them.
How is this possible? Our Chancellor, a child chess prodigy and former astronaut and rocket scientist, has told us that she is an economist who worked at the Bank of England. So what did the OBR forecast when they were told of the rise in employer’s NIC? We know they were consulted because Page 19 of Labour’s manifesto said: “Every fiscal event making significant changes to taxation or spending will be subject to an independent OBR forecast.” Possibly what we are seeing now is the effect of “securonomics” (Page 25 of their manifesto). Personally, I think Reeves is an incompetent liar, totally lacking in integrity.
Yes... Rachel Reeves is an ex director of Labour Fiends Of Israel... ... the lies, deceit, dishonesty, lack of integrity are essential prerequisites... You wouldn't think she once opened the batting for England... would you???
My business and many I talk to are down around 30% this is serious and we are no longer making profits and no longer liable to corporation tax. Others are worse, they are making redundancies. Far less revenue for HMRC…
The scary thing is they all are. I mean I have never known a cabinet so utterly obviously incapable and way, way out of their depth... its actually embarrassing to think what foreign governments must think when they have to deal with them.
Economy will nose dive with their budget and whilst they are in power, so many sectors have been badly impacted at once it will be a domino effect that will show next year, i studied economics for decades but never worked in customer complaints like Rachel Thieves.
I did work in customer complaints and I think I have a better grasp of economics than Rachel Thieves will ever have Someone who can’t manage their own finances isn’t someone who is qualified to run the Treasury
The environment agency head should be locked up! This discrimination is a national disgrace and diversity in the work place is not a legitimate aim its a disgusting racist one! Best person for the job, simple!
Diversity in the workplace arguably is necessary for public facing services such as the police, in order to represent and gain support of the public. But there is no such argument for positive discrimination like this in other government agencies.
My gf out of work for a long time applied for a textiles internal packing job (an area in which she has been employed in some of the largest textiles companies in the world) advertised on the door of a textiles business in Leicester with no international travel about 300 metres from her home. Despite speaking two languages - which i think got her through the door -she was rejected outright without interview because she could not speak either guguratii or punjabi in such a way she should have known she would never be suitable for the lack of that skill. It was heartbreaking. We are loosing our country
Nail on head. Labour don't want to grow and move forward. Stagnation and destruction of anything actually British is Labour's goal. Of course the ad' is discriminatory, because 'diversity' is discriminatory, demanding that skin colour alone is a required 'qualification' rather than real qualifications and relevant experience; and excludes more competent applicants on that basis.
Can you imagine any arab country advertising for a job and saying no arabs need apply? I lived in the UAE and Oman for 16 years and can tell you we can learn a lot from how they support their own countrymen and women.

So do Australians. My English brother emigrated there and it took ages before he got a job, even though he was better qualified than a lot of the Australians he was competing against. Purely circumstantial opinion but that was his view at the time. My brother in law in England told me that police jobs were handed out on a diversity quota system in the UK as well.
Indeed so. This is a clear case of racial discrimination by the Environment Agency and no logical somersault can hide that fact. They are clearly denying employment opportunities to members of a certain race. "Explanations" that these vacancy notices may not be discriminatory cut no ice and simply confirm that the law, in both its creation and its application, is an ass.
That's going to happen in American. The companies just won't import. There's no industry there. So they'll reduce car ownership until you own nothing and are extremely unhappy
@hugh it as already started in Germany..60,000 jobs gone already ,this obviously include local suppliers etc and that is just VW, Mercedes and Ford Germany are also --let us say ---worried
It is NEVER "OK" to discriminate for a job based on a biological metric for this or 99.9% of any other type of job. Employment should be colour blind and based on merit. There is no such thing as 'positive discrimination', there is only discrimination. Best person for the job should only be measured against qualifications, experience and strength of character.
Try South Africa and Black Economic Empowerment which is that it’s hard for white people to get a job. But even for black people, political party membership goes further than academic excellence
When I was in university, I was looking for internships and even part time jobs. It seemed all the ones I wanted to do were for minorities only. I reported these to the police and the University, but both told me that it's not discrimination because their goal was more diversity. Well, I think it should be done via merit, not skin colour. This was hugely demotivating and I felt discriminated against as a white person! It probably contributed to me leaving the career market and joining the performing arts industry, where it's actually less discriminatory!
By not selecting from every person available the system does appear to preclude the best person from getting any job. I wonder what problems that might create?
I've been checking the prices I paid for items last Christmas, compared to the same items this Christmas. £84 last year to £149 this Christmas is a typical example. With such inflation, a recession is inevitable.
@stephenboyd4934 It would be of interest for comparison, don't you think ? I can't think of a single thing that I buy regularly that has doubled in 12 months, never mind lots of items. Can you name any?

I'm very appreciative of the work you do on your channel. I respect your objective approach to the matters raised in your videos. What frustrates me is the notion that diversity quotas are a good thing, something to be aimed at. These constructs, in my opinion, are fundamentally racist, dividing the populace into racial categories, then treating people differently, according to whichever box their skin tone dictates. This is the death of meritocracy, where skills and experience are subordinated to a race based ideology. In my opinion, both the Tories and current Labour are perpetuating the Blairite policies that are killing this country. Thank you for bringing these news items to the fore.
Watch what happens in the US when President Trump bans DEI, or, at least, makes it optional. It has started already with Ronnie Starbucks' campaign and has some very big names backing away. Walmart was the latest I read about. It will happen in the UK especially if US companies threaten to pull out. Can't come soon enough!

Every answer is "Previous government, last 14 years, 22 billion black hole" while not actually answering the question or explaining a viable plan. Laughing stock.
You would have thought they would have made some plans in opposition instead of arguing over the leadership of their party. The fact they chose Starmer shows how little talent and experience they have.
What did they expect, thousands of people have lost their jobs, and thousands more are about to. Plus theyve given away billions. We need a real economist to do a decent budget.
It’s interesting that they can advertise a job with these discriminatory terms. I’d be very interested in hearing an explanation why this is deemed appropriate, when it wouldn’t be appropriate if it discriminated against an ethnic minority. Somehow, somewhere, it really does now feel like there’s an unelected manifesto being executed , to discriminate against the native white British population. Who, and why. These are the biggest 2 questions I have.
We are in a recession already. I am unemployed at 61 and I have been seeing less and less viable jobs for at least year. More zero hours contracts, fixed contracts, freelance and commission only jobs ... the unemployed are at the coal face , so we know. So, so much getting people back into work? Another stick to beat us with...
I spoke to a colleague of Nigel Farage. He asked me what I thought about how the economy was run, I mentioned the price of gold and the increasing levels of debt. I said it's so bad, they could get some one off the street, to run our economy, because no one would run their own finances like it. At which I had agreement. Unfortunately we are stuck with them, the worst government since Lloyd George.
The budget was irresponsible in the economics of it (massive oversea spending, net zero spending etc) and political ineptitude - there was no feasible explanation of how the spending was going to bring jam tomorow, which is after all what we expect our govt to aim for!
@lat1419 Speak for yourself. I expect these toff cunts to virtue signal and fill their pockets as much as possible. Dunno why anyone expects different. Like, how many times do people have to get fucked before they notice the same pattern that's gone on for decades.
Everyone should be worried , normally the economy gets an upwards push from Xmas and Black Friday sales... Instead we see shrinkage. Reeves budget was vastly worse than the one that Kwasi Kwarteng produced , yet we saw nothing much at all from the usual people that essentially brought down the Truss government...
Truss and kwartang had the right idea, but tried to introduce it far too quickly, even the IMF who first went against it have now said it would have worked well ? You also need to look at who was in power when the borrowing and growth changed🤔
2nd highest borrowing in the world, highest fuel costs (despite massive reserves), massive taxation a large part of which is given away etc etc etc, it's looking peachy?
Yes, the highest Electricity prices in the World, yet its supposed to be nearly all renewable. So what we have is exactly what we already knew, is Green energy is nothing more than a money making scam to feed the ultra rich.
I always understood, so forgive me if I've got this wrong, that discrimination could only be made for very specific cases ie, sex for carers, religious reasons etc, but that to fulfil a so called DEI quota (which I didn't think we had in this country, but clearly do) was not legal. I also understood that at the last census, this country was still majority white! As was pointed out to Humza Useless when he made a comment that there were not equal numbers of non-white in post in Scottish Civil Service, Scotland is 97% white! This is quite clearly discrimination, and all companies should only be employing the best person for the job, it should have nothing to with race, colour, creed, religion etc, we need to get rid of classifications and only go on who fits best and who is best qualified!
In 2008 I was unable to apply for a studentship that was linked to a role in a government agency in a niche field because I was not an ethnic minority. I was told by the Commission for Racial Equality at the time that it was legal to discriminate because it was education and they were not overtly offering a job at the end of it (In reality it would be pretty certain that the studentship would lead to a job in that agency). I never saw an opportunity like that again in that field for someone of any ethnicity.
Unfortunately this totally incompetent lot will leave such a mess that no party will be able to turn the tide fast enough to stay in power long enough for it to show. The so called (fake) 22 billion Labour think they inherited, will be a drop in the ocean compared to what she will create.

I am frustrated dutchman who spent 26 years in the UK oil industry doing high $$ projects. So let me tell you as an outsider what is wrong with the UK. The basics of the UK's underwhelming economy dates back all the way to 1981. This was the last year that the UK had a positive trade goods balance (yes really: it cannot get worse than this:). Since then there has been a deficit compensated by the services balance. Now because of Brexit there has been underwhelming performance of the services trade balance. The UK is an island ... and so ... the problem with the UK is that nothing changed in the mentality of the people: a job is a job; reactive sheeple mentality. Proactive, innovative leadership is missing. Solutions: If the UK wants to become as strong as Norway or Swiss ... they need to drill for oil and gas (30% energy import is NOT sustainable)... they need to start making their own products ... they need to invest in excellence of productivity. But that will never happen under any of the political parties. In other words .. the UK is written off: there is no leadership in the UK to start making high quality innovative products like Apple, Tesla, Samsung, Toyota. The arrogance in the UK remains ... they are still an empire: only rock-bottom will make a change.
Imports The top imports of United Kingdom are Petroleum Gas ($57B), Cars ($40.3B), Crude Petroleum ($38.7B), Gold ($38.7B), and Refined Petroleum ($24.9B), importing mostly from China ($92.5B), Germany ($76.2B), United States ($75.4B), Norway ($59.1B), and Netherlands ($38.2B).
The Tax stability for investment is as good as any Southern American country: As long as the UK does not win trust of companies in having a stable taxation outlook: companies will refuse to invest.
How can we have growth when TAXES are so high, Energy is so high, most expensive in the world. Even the Conservatives had the country going in the right direction, highest growth in the G7.

Ah but that now takes 2nd place its the best "ethnic fit target" thats now important - your profits ,skill levels and efficiencies MUST be compromised. Let,s see how long that lasts ?
The worst of this is: our population is growing so fast - 0.8% per year - that, even if GDP is steady, our GDP per capita (I've no idea why this is not used more often than simple GDP) could already have dropped into 'recession'..... It doesn't help that the vast majority of new arrivals don't have English language, have had poor schooling, know that benefits are available and have no love for their new country.
Every 70-80 years, the new generation makes the same mistakes as their forefathers and ancestors did. If you look at Europe in the 1920s and 30s, the conditions leading up to WW2 were very similar to what we have now. Lots and lots of people in debt, in economic slavery to high interest rates, little micro wars and annexations happening in and around the region, Spanish flu had just swept through back then, economy was hit by Great Depression…….
When I was in school one of the examples they used of discrimination was that you dont offer or give a job to someone because of their sex, colour ect. The equality act came in later, but applies directly to these kinds of situations.
Thanks Blackbelt, you explain very well the situation our country is in, I just wish our government would listen and give back the winter fuel allowance, remove the farmers inheritance tax, remove the national insurance increases, invest in young people with good apprenticeships with good linked pensions and a tax free savings housing deposit bond, add to this, don't continue making it so financially attractive for immigrants to settle here, if they did all that, the UK would have a good chance!
I managed a successful company for 24 years. This Governments knows nothing about management. You can only have one, number one priority. The priority has to be growing the economy, because everything depends upon the money this generates. If growing the Economy is number one, every other goal must be set to serve the primary goal. As you say the economy, wasn’t too bad under the previous Government, so the best policy for this Government, would be one of marginal gains - lots and lots of small tweaks. Then there is no risk of major policies going disastrously wrong.
@ Economics is deliciously counterintuitive. If you go into a shop and buy a bottle of wine, the transaction only happens if two things are true: 1. you value the wine more than your £10, and 2. the shopkeeper values your £10 more than his bottle of wine. You are both better off as a result of the transaction and the economy has grown a bit. Growth comes from infinite demand and the more efficient allocation of finite resources. We never will reach a situation where there is no more growth to be had. This is the magic of market economics. The important thing to realise is the mind boggling complexity of what is going on. It is a self regulating system, where billions of transactions happen daily, all interrelated by a network of information, supply, demand, prices and values. The decisions that drive the system are taken by billions of individuals, each acting in, largely, cooperative self interest. No one has the mental capacity to comprehend what is happening, and no one can foresee the result of their actions, which is why it is wise for politicians to proceed cautiously, and why the grander the project, the greater the chance of failure. If all those decision makers feel good about things, they will participate in lots of transactions. If they feel pessimistic then they will slow things down. Sentiment matters. This Government, has become unpopular quickly, because they have rapidly made people feel bad about their prospects. A significant recession is on the way.
It should be worth noting that the figures for October prior to the budget, given that was on the penultimate day of the month. From my observation, a lot of businesses were delaying decisions until they knew what was in the budget.

I also understood that at the last census, this country was still majority white! As was pointed out to Humza Useless when he made a comment that there were not equal numbers of non-white in post in Scottish Civil Service, Scotland is 97% white!
Emperor has no clothes 😆😁
@@realitykicksin8755That’s the rub. The UK should be importing a bare minimum of oil and gas.
Concur 👍
How can we have growth when TAXES are so high, Energy is so high, most expensive in the world.
Even the Conservatives had the country going in the right direction, highest growth in the G7.
Excluding people on the basis of skin colour.... wouldn't want to try defending that one!
That's why South Africa has gone past the point of no return since anc government took power.
I hope not … I’ve just retired and my pension is still recovering from the last lot trashing it. I need to sell my house as well … god help us all.
Did she say "grow the economy" or "blow the economy"? 🙄
Obviously the latter

Vote this despicable government out at any chance!
Vote Reform 🇬🇧
🤣Way off
I will and I did at the last election too.
@@jonjames7328 Yes the simpletons fell for the labour lie. Only us sensible ones who voted Reform could see what labour were going to do or not do
Why would you support someone who supports Trump?
I'd say: Vote Green Party!...
... but, to be honest, I wouldn't wish them to be faced with the heap of sh@@ this Zionist govt will leave behind...
Wait so taxing jobs means less jobs, OMG who could have seen that coming. Let's rise taxes further and send more money to Somali farmers
I hate when I get two consecutive months of shrinkage
Massive balance of payments deficit, massive public sector borrowing requirements, interest rates much higher. Massive burden of illegal and legal immigrants.
Massive numbers of people who don't work, live on the taxpayer.
40% of the Muslim Population Don't Work.
Half the people leaving school don't work !!!
When did equality become more important than quality and ability to do a job 🤔
Quite some time ago. Just became sufficiently entrenched institutionally in recent years.
As stated, its been around for a while.
This is not equality it's discrimination it should be revoked, everything should be based on meritocracy not box ticking!?!
It stopped being about equality and its all out Equity
About 25 years ago
I blame all the people who didn't turn out at the general election. No party should have this much power off such a small vote share.
i blame the ignorant people who were stupid enough to vote Labour!
which liars do you suggest we vote for?
@@rabbitualpanda Why would you want a random person on the internet to suggest you vote for? It's your responsibility to know the parties, their history with deception and make your own choice.

What ever happened, to the best qualified person for the job.? That is the ethos I have grown up in, one which I taught my children. It is correct, when they say, if your face doesn't fit!!!!
When has the country ever prospered under a Labour government?
Unless you are a member of the free cider and cigarettes brigade.
left college in 2008 , hasn't prospered my whole working life tbh lol
@jackjoules8983 So you only know life under a Labour government and a Tory government that continued Labour policies.
My condolences.
I thought the country was great under Tony Blair - NHS and schools were much better with a sense of optimism 💗

People see job adverts like this and then you wonder why a lot of men are dropping out of the workplace , a lot more women are as well .
Sorry. Common sense is not allowed.
The negligence of this government is unbelievable, even criminal, many of these MPs should serve time behind bars for the decisions they are making.

I disagree. How can you have constant growth in a finite system? It's logically doomed to fail & I can see the chickens coming home to roost now.
For these people to be embarrassed they would have to have a conscience and give a toss about anything but themselves
