    This meditation sent me to a place where I felt like I was orbiting out of space, as I felt a sense of peace and with every breath that I took.
    I could feel the anxious feelings disappear as I exhaled and began to relax more and more. I drifted off into a deeper place where I was able to lay down all of my burdens down by a riverside where I would be born again, for God's mercy is fresh and new every day just like newborn babies born everyday. I know that God is with me every day where I am on a path designed to show the way. It's all by God's grace that I may win this life's race🙏😇
