I got these recently as my first basketball shoes ever so I'm not particularly experienced but the feeling was amazing. The thing is that they aren't heavy like the feeling you get when you takeoff these is so crazy. I'm 6'7 so I play centre and this shoe on my first try had me jumping significantly higher. I was doing dunks on 10ft that I could only do on shorter hoops. It felt like I had been working out for my vertical. Other than that I haven't used them much but it feels really great in my opinion. I'm still a rookie so I understand I might not notice some things that a more exposed person like him would.

@@thecunningfox9407 they were until I woke up one morning and couldn’t find it. Definitely not good for outdoors tho I the grip vanishes. What I mean is that if you use it outdoors, you’ll probably need to get new ones for indoor as well. It can’t do both at the same time. But I held up.

Lightstrike foam takes some time to break in. I've had three pairs of adidas shoes with Lightstrike foam including the Boston 10. It took 15 to 20 wearing for the foam cushioning to feel good.

As a non so oat I must have gotten a bad pair but I have the white and black pair. I can confidently say that the traction is bad on dusty courts and I have constant pain around my outer foot
3rd! Or 4th? I'm not too sure...
I feel that the multiple lace holes here would be ankle brace-friendly, compared to other shoes that have only a few eyelets.
Lights tile is my go to for runnind I build callus on foot and I rarely feel it with certain models

Between the Don issue 4 and the D rose son of Chi shoes, what do you recommend?
(I'm at least 6'4 feet tall and weigh around 121 KG and I play as a center/post player.)

I prefer bounce over lightstrike but for some weird reason there are days when I just prefer something softer and lighter I guess? so I switch to a line up that has lightrike when I feel like it. But not on everyday use. 🙂

Getting better insoles would help a lot
Flat foot here:
1. Get the Move Gameday Pro insoles. They’re fantastic and your feet will thank you.
2. Regularly stretch your ankles/feet/shins to prevent ankle rolling/make them more resistant to bad rolls.
3. Hardens 1, 4, 6, 7.

@@Setisicism maybe if you’ve had surgery or CHRONICALLY weak ankles… but no necessary. For me personally, they restricted my movement far too much snd completely altered my play style.
I’d focus on flexibility, strengthening, and high quality shoes/insoles.
