More than 30,000 humpback whales are migrating past Sydney every year. Don’t miss your chance to encounter these gentle giants as they frolic by Sydney on their epic journey.
Whale Watching Sydney has over 25 years of experience, so you are in safe hands aboard their fast and custom-built whale watching fleet, complete with multiple viewing decks.
It only takes 10-15 minutes from Circular Quay to the open ocean. So you’ll be whale watching in no time. Spend less time in the harbour and more time watching whales.
Depart from Circular Quay or Darling Harbour - and return with memories to last a lifetime.

This reminds me of Finding Nemo where a whale transported Marlin and Dory to Sydney.

October is a pretty good time to see whales so chances are high! They are wild animals of course, so we can't guarantee it ;)

They definitely are aware of their surroundings, and I agree 👍 💯 they seem to put on a show for us humans. I'd hate to see 😢them upset 😡 😕 😤. Like elephants 🐘.

Some scientists think that whales breach for communication but I sometimes think they also do that to knock the barnacles off of them. You can see some barnacles fly off of one at 0:55. Or maybe it’s an interesting way of surfacing for air.
