This is priceless. I'm from an engineering background doing grad school biochem and I am at a huge disadvantage. This is so perfect as a summary and allows me to visualize it MUCH better! Thank you^10000
oh my gosh... I don't think you understand how good you are at explaining and illustrating... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! it took me forever to understand dna replication but now I finally get it. Thanks to your video, I will check out your channels for more videos, please do not stop making these helpful videos because you are a LIFE SAVER. I should ace my test on Friday for sure now... XD
Best DNA rep tutorial video I've seen so far. Thanks a lot, bro. You're animations are easy to follow and your explanations are very clear yet detailed. Nuff respect! This helped tremendously.
Your videos are magnificent. They have helped me so much with my understanding of the DNA; your videos also include a lot more detail then many other videos. Thank you so much Craig.

Simply awesoooome!! Thanks so much, it's all so clear now. And great, clear animations. Been looking for DNA rep videos and this is the best I've seen :) Keep it up, thanks again!
I am not in your class, i'm in AP Biology and i'm a high school senior as i said previously but thank you very much for these videos. They have helped me a lot.
I take bio online so it's hard to understand things sometimes just by reading the lesson so this helped ALOT! I for sure will be watching more of your vids!!!
Brilliant... One of the best videos explaining the leading and lagging strand. The only bit of the clarification is 5' prime 🔚 3' prime 🔚 It's not explained how you count across the C - C bond
I really like your voice! Its relaxed to hear and makes it easy to follow the information. also the videos are verry clear and it helps me alot. Thank you so much!
I've spent most of today watching videos about DNA replication, seeing CG animations that show the entire replication process moving along like precision factory machines and videos like this that explain all of the chemical procedures that take place. After watching all of this I am astounded all over again at the complexity of simplicity. I can understand how people could see these processes and take it as evidence of god what with how everything moves and works in ways very similar to our automated assembly lines. But I still don't take it as evidence of god. Growing complexity in a universe based on simple rules certainly but not a creator. Still, I can understand why some people would.
Small correction: when DNA Polymerase adds the new ATG or C with the triphosphates, these are no referred to as "nucleotides" yet but rather "nucleosides".
These are seriously the best tutorials I have ever watched. Your lessons are concise, to the point, and easy to follow. You are quite the lifesaver.
bro your style of comedy is amazing, keep up that great work.

Al Saif, I think it's a phosphodiester linkage which occurs between the 3rd carbon atom of deoxyribose and phosphate
