That man was the epitome of swag. The Goat! That man was beautiful. My momma loves him and I grew up listening to him because of her. I'm 41 and my kids have grown up on him too. He thought no one would remember him . He is generational and will always be remembered .

My sister and I went to Graceland several years ago in honor of my mom who never made it over there. My sister and I choked up often during the tour knowing how my mother would have enjoyed and been moved by being there. Amazing the effect Elvis had on so many.

My family moved to Vegas in 1967 and this video was done at the international hotel where my mom worked at the time, and when she caught a minute she would go stand in the back of the showroom and watch him perform. Everytime he would show up to do his month long gig they would bring in crates full of all kinds of his records and give them to the hotel employees ,my mom wound up with several of course and they are all mine now. My mom was the biggest Elvis fan. She dragged my grandpa to see this movie and to his concerts. My grandpa got in a lot of trouble at their church for taking my mom to see Elvis. My mom and her friends once found his pink Cadillac at a concert at the Sunken Garden Theater in San Antonio, TX and jumped on top of it trying to get the hood ornament as a souvenir. Lol. This was one of my mom's favorite songs of his. If you haven't seen the movie, it's his best. You should see it.

I would also point out that because he was so happy about it, if you think about what he is doing when he crouches down that low to be able to actually kissed someone at stage level. That is physically difficult. Just try it sometime. And then do it over and over and over again. But for him it was probably just taking a break before the next really energetic song. He was nuts. Somehow I feel there is a bit of video Missing at the beginning where he does that thing with the tiny guitar. Because I've seen another version or it's really funny. He is remembering his childhood and when he first wanted to play guitar and everybody told him he couldn't sing with a voice like that but he wanted people to listen to him. But it's done so humorously is wonderful and then of course he just tosses it away and gets onto business.

I would also point out that because he was so happy about it, if you think about what he is doing when he crouches down that low to be able to actually kissed someone at stage level. That is physically difficult. Just try it sometime. And then do it over and over and over again. But for him it was probably just taking a break before the next really energetic song. He was nuts.
Somehow I feel there is a bit of video Missing at the beginning where he does that thing with the tiny guitar. Because I've seen another version or it's really funny. He is remembering his childhood and when he first wanted to play guitar and everybody told him he couldn't sing with a voice like that but he wanted people to listen to him. But it's done so humorously is wonderful and then of course he just tosses it away and gets onto business.
