Yup I feel like he makes pre determined decisions of where the ball is going. So many times I noticed his second or third read is wide open and he never even looked that way. I get ppl want to defend him but this offense can't ever get into a rhythm with him leading, he's too inconsistent.
Throughout his career, Rodgers has been averse to throwing up the middle. His natural inclination is to target the sideline. This is an example of how he got burned by his tendency.
Even if this was the case, yes WRs should be able to know checks at the line. It's quite literally their job. Imagine this team playing with prime Peyton?
Well the Bucs didn't put Brady behind a line that had a rating of 5 when it comes to durability like the jets did with Rodgers in 2023 which Rodgers only lasted 4 plays.
As a huge Jets fan, this has been a disastrous season. Once Zuerlin missed those FG's in the Den and Min games, we could feel the season going south. I held out hope that Rodgers would regain some of his MVP form. He's been really bad. He never throws deep. Has zero pocket mobility now. He's also off on a lot of his throws. Sad reality is he looks 40 and playing like it. Compound the fact that the D has regressed way more than expected and you have a 3-8 team will turmoil all over. Only Jets fans will understand this - OH THE PAIN!
Rodgers is really banged up and has been playing through lower leg injuries especially in his front leg which had the Achilles surgery which is probably limiting both his mobility and his throwing motion.
Besides Brady has anyone been able to continue to play at an Allstar level at the age of 40? Also Rodgers was out of football for a full year. Look at how bad Watson has become missing a year of football. Seems missing a year also has a lasting affect.
@ Brady could only accomplish that with a good OL and receivers that can separate. He was 40 plus his last year in New England. What did that look like? Give AR an OL and strong smart coordinator… then see what you have
Sdonald83.yes Brady did have a much better team, but can you name me any other 40 year old who played QB at elite level. Even Manning was out by 40. Jets took a risk with Rodgers and it failed. Time to draft another QB.(oh boy)
Brady at 47 looks younger than Rodgers at 40. Rodgers is panicked and washed up. He throws way too many 50-50 balls on short downs. And his accuracy is no good. The last 46 second drive where all 3 plays made no sense is the definition of Rodgers' incompetence.
The incompletion at 6"08 is on the receiver. He had outside leverage but instead kept the defender in place then turned to the inside. He ran a bad route. The ball was thrown to the outside because Rodgers knew that's where the receiver would have leverage.
Why not show Jets and Rodgers getting the ball back with 46 seconds left ball at the 30 and needing just a FG. That is an eternity. Kicker already kicked a 58 yard FG. Rodgers takes a bad sack and fumble and game is over. 😂
@@thejets24revis if u cannot get near FG range. Rodgers should be benched and retire. U need 30 yards. The same thing happened in Green Bay the last couple years of Rodgers. Guys wide open not thrown to , and missing receivers by a mile. Then he points his finger at everyone but himself.
father timer... it's a wrap for Aaron. no zip, can't throw 20 yards. unless he had a m9nd like Payton, it's over!. colts fans know what father time looks like
3:18 was Rodgers fault he was supposed to throw the ball like 1 yard away from the logo that’s why Garrett kept running because the dude was too close to him and saw the guy across the field wouldn’t have had time to make a play on him(til after the catch)
Don't worry, Jets fans. I'm sure GM Aaron Rodgers and Head Coach Aaron Rodgers will have a meeting to decide which member of the coaching staff needs to be fired next, then everything will be right as rain.
I said it all those years while he was in Green Bay: he was a system QB. He was never as good as the media made him out to be, or his numbers showed. He was the product of a superior owner and GM... which is why he choked all but one year in the playoffs. And now you're seeing the proof of it.
System QB? No... But he's playing scared more often after the Achilles injury that happened at age 39 and has been hurt since the Broncos game and he looks miserable after every hit. But he's also made a decision which me question some things. Like why he called a timeout on 4th and 2 at the colts 11 trying to get the colts to jump before the delay of game. The kicker isn't out of field goal range if he takes the delay of game plenty This is why I don't say anything when someone tells me that the NFL is scripted.
@@deonterector The reason the NFL couldn't be scripted (and this goes for most conspiracies of any kind), is due to the odds. It would be literally impossible to keep it covered up. That's how you know it isn't scripted. Now, could one or a few players rig something, or a ref, like what happened in the NBA? Sure. Rodgers is a "few-trick" pony. Everybody knows what he's going to do. That stuff hasn't worked for 10 years now. Look at all the superbowls he won. Wait, that's Tom Brady. 😅😅😅😅😅😅
Rodgers is laughably bad 😂😂😂 maybe it's the jets but he just looks washed curious if anyone takes him next year as a starter feel like panthers or a similar bad team could take a shot on him
He looked awesome to start the year. Did you watch Week 3 Thursday night game? Unfortunately after that almost perfect performance he had a major knee sprain in the Rain against Denver followed by a low ankle sprain against Minnesota. His mobility hasn't been the same this year since. Still with that he has 17 TDs and on Pace for 3900 yds and 27 TDs. That's not horrible at all
6:14.. Davante Adam’s wide open in the middle. See his reaction. 😂
1:16 top of the screen, #14 would have scored an easy touchdown

If only the WRs knew Rodgers' secret hand signals.
He sent them the signals telepathically from Egypt when he was doing shrooms in the offseason they just weren't listening on his level.
😂😂
Did you even watch the video?
Even if this was the case, yes WRs should be able to know checks at the line. It's quite literally their job. Imagine this team playing with prime Peyton?
Makes it more impressive what brady did at 43 and he took over a team with a worse record.
I honestly think it’s more about Rodgers poor leadership and lack of communication/chemistry with his team than his physical abilities/body
@donovan4222 💯he's like kevin durant Great ball skills but lack of leadership

A good team is relatively consistent. The Jets seem to have inconsistent players and substandard coaching.
The major problem is the oline they have Aron so uncomfortable he throwing early missing open routes
