Hawai Kai is a great community on Oahu!
The KoKo Marina movie theater is now closed. My relatives live in Hawaii Kai and I usually visit them once or twice a year. One day I may buy a house out there.
Yes the theater was there for many years. It's sad it closed last year. Please come back and visit other shops there. Thank you.

Costco has no plan to close in Hawaii Kai. It's going strong there.
