MANY freedom folk disparage the whole idea of any type of "person" as being BAD.
Other freedom folk claim "natural person" was a loophole that was closed. That's what changed? uh, nope.
Methinks they protesteth all too much, out of fear or mistake.
Like a magician waving his arms to distract, or the man behind the curtain pulling strings and creating imaginary, scary images for you to see and cower before, private person is the power in law you always had, was hidden from you, hidden from most lawyers and now everyone is taught to fear.
Yet it is only a man in law, the true power in ALL law. Without "the real" there can be no power in the fiction. "They" need you yes, but have you been steered off the true path by deceit, or misunderstanding? Does it matter how?

You should check out Eustace Mullins. He was a protege of Ezra Pound and wrote many books including THE RAPE OF JUSTICE. The FBI considered him the most dangerous man in the country. He represented himself in many cases as a plaintiff and kept the IRS and others off his back by doing so. He found many lawyers incompetent. He was a brilliant researcher, writer, activist and several of his lectures are on TH-cam as well as many of his books are on-line on PDF.
Never file a complaint. a man files a claim, tort court is where we get to assert our power as a man. A claim of trespass is common law and puts you into a powerful position, they have to answer your claim before their complaint can be heard.

I had a judge actually show me a court document and ask me "is this how your name is styled" I responded "is that how my name is styled? no it is not styled that way"

I agree!! This is totally frustrating beyond belief that the public doesn't care. I lost all 4 of my kids in the fraud family court and never had a cps case! Never had rights terminated. Never committed a crime. I raised all 4 kids virtually alone as their father left when they were all very young. He visited them 8 times in 16 yrs and then kidnapped them 2 at a time and 2 yrs apart. Both judges gave me zero visits and him.sole legal. He isn't even home half the week as he is a pilot. Now he turned all 4 against me and I haven't seen them in 5 yrs
I started researching many things to find out how much $$ the State made by ruining my life and my children's and began making public notice flyers to educate the masses. I put them everywhere!

If a man in common law = a private person, 33:33, why not just use the actual term "man in common law". I get a bad vibe from this presentation. God created man, as mentioned in genesis. Wow!!! I never heard of this last one!! Also, isn't the "asking" a wrong thing to do? I have been told that we file notices and demands instead of motions or petitions and if we are IN a court or fraud family court, we would say "demand" or "oblige". Any ideas on that? In short. You sometimes must resort to being a person. ESP if you’re entering in a contract for example with a landlord and you’re too in court. That’s not the greatest moment to argue being a private person when you’re making payments. AS YOU SHOULD.

traffic court is administrative under a contract related to the Drivers License - nothing to do with private status (or common law) as you are presumed to have given up private right to travel to do so commercially and therefore are subject to the commercial traffic acts. Maybe try "mistake of fact" - they mistook the "fact" you were travelling privately not commercially and therefore lose jurisdiction to enforce a commercial offence against a private person - correct the status at the time of the "offence" to challenge the jurisdiction to issue the ticket the first place.
It is not a challenge to the court but to the standing of the complainant to bring the complaint to a court. The complainant is the one lacking standing ALWAYS if you correct the private vs public/commerce presumption. Yes?
+ubfreedom2…I recently sent an e-mail for Request for review to the court clerk regarding a parking ticket. Here is what I said…I/we are the beneficiary of the trust (NAME ON THE DRIVERS LICENSE) Isn't that true that the judge is supposed to be a public trustee and isn't it true that the judge/prosecutor want I/we to become the TRUSTEE when 'YOU' the clerk are appointed the TRUSTEE of this account/case are you not? I/we are the beneficiary and executor in this case (cestui que vie trust account) are we not? The Birth Certificate is proof of that? So, If I/we got this down…the court clerk is the TRUSTEE and that is passed on to the administrator/judge when "all rise" is called..and that makes us believe that the clerk has moved ITS position to the JUDGE making IT the TRUSTEE and when the DEFENDANT approaches the bar, he/she becomes the TRUSTEE (which if we want to win NEVER DOES) automatically makes the JUDGE the EXECUTOR and PROSECUTOR the BENEFICIARY. The clerk is 'clerk' the only 'living being' before the court (the others being corporations) which must have a presence in order to proceed? So claim 'Common Law'…the birth certificate is a corporation…they need YOU to take it…DON'T…

All words are but names of things or concepts, so you must study each word before "assuming" what nature it takes. The writer of the name is the one who gave the name its nature.
When you are asked if it is you named in the charge you need decide if the nature the one who wrote your name have it is the same as your nature and if you agree you share the same nature as the name in the charge and say it is you it names, you have consent to taking on the nature the writer gave it, you will from there be seen by the court to have the nature of "the accused".
The only time you can be sure your name represents you and your nature, whether spoken or written, is when it's spoken or written by your own hand. Anytime you claim your the name someone else speaks or writes you are conceding to the nature which they have the name, it may or may not have same nature as you give it when you say it or write it.

No one can make you "understand" marney. It seems a reflex to "understand the words you read" but that isn't so, it is your choice ALWAYS!

A Natural Person is still a chattle name just like individual, human being, and citizen. You have not claim your Corporate legal name through the Secretary of State.

Here is how the system works, it is an honor system. Guilt in German is debt. So without a plea to the jurisdiction but it is a plea and it is a plea of guilty with a catch. recently tried on several occasions to interact with the court without taking "person" status and was was escorted from the court. The outcome of numerous traffic violations was that I was convicted in all in absentia. Very discouraging this info makes excellent sense to me .

THE TWELVE PRESUMPTIONS OF COURT
A Roman Court does not operate according to any true rule of law, but by presumptions of the law. Therefore, if presumptions presented by the private Bar Guild are not rebutted they become fact and are therefore said to stand true [Or as “truth in commerce”]. There are twelve (12) key presumptions asserted by the private Bar Guilds which if unchallenged stand true being Public Record, Public Service, Public Oath, Immunity, Summons, Custody, Court of Guardians, Court of Trustees, Government as Executor/Beneficiary, Executor De Son Tort (a person who without legal authority assumes control of a decedent's property as if he were executor), Incompetence, and Guilt:
1. The Presumption of Public Record is that any matter brought before a lower Roman Courts is a matter for the public record when in fact it is presumed by the members of the private Bar Guild that the matter is a private Bar Guild business matter. Unless openly rebuked and rejected by stating clearly the matter is to be on the Public Record, the matter remains a private Bar Guild matter completely under private Bar Guild rules; and
2. The Presumption of Public Service is that all the members of the Private Bar Guild who have all sworn a solemn secret absolute oath to their Guild then act as public agents of the Government, or “public officials” by making additional oaths of public office that openly and deliberately contradict their private “superior” oaths to their own Guild. Unless openly rebuked and rejected, the claim stands that these private Bar Guild members are legitimate public servants and therefore trustees under public oath; and
3. The Presumption of Public Oath is that all members of the Private Bar Guild acting in the capacity of “public officials” who have sworn a solemn public oath remain bound by that oath and therefore bound to serve honestly, impartiality and fairly as dictated by their oath. Unless openly challenged and demanded, the presumption stands that the Private Bar Guild members have functioned under their public oath in contradiction to their Guild oath. If challenged, such individuals must recuse themselves as having a conflict of interest and cannot possibly stand under a public oath; and
4. The Presumption of Immunity is that key members of the Private Bar Guild in the capacity of “public officials” acting as judges, prosecutors and magistrates who have sworn a solemn public oath in good faith are immune from personal claims of injury and liability. Unless openly challenged and their oath demanded, the presumption stands that the members of the Private Bar Guild as public trustees acting as judges, prosecutors and magistrates are immune from any personal accountability for their actions; and
5. The Presumption of Summons is that by custom a summons unrebutted stands and therefore one who attends Court is presumed to accept a position (defendant, juror, witness) and jurisdiction of the court. Attendance to court is usually invitation by summons. Unless the summons is rejected and returned, with a copy of the rejection filed prior to choosing to visit or attend, jurisdiction and position as the accused and the existence of “guilt” stands; and
6. The Presumption of Custody is that by custom a summons or warrant for arrest unrebutted stands and therefore one who attends Court is presumed to be a thing and therefore liable to be detained in custody by “Custodians”. [This includes the dead legal fiction non-human “PERSON” that corporate-governments rules and regulations are written for.*] Custodians may only lawfully hold custody of property and “things” not flesh and blood soul possessing beings. Unless this presumption is openly challenged by rejection of summons and/or at court, the presumption stands you are a thing and property and therefore lawfully able to be kept in custody by custodians; and
7. The Presumption of Court of Guardians is the presumption that as you may be listed as a “resident” of a ward of a local government area and have listed on your “passport” the letter P, you are a pauper and therefore under the “Guardian” powers of the government and its agents as a “Court of Guardians”. Unless this presumption is openly challenged to demonstrate you are both a general guardian and general executor of the matter (trust) before the court, the presumption stands and you are by default a pauper, and lunatic and therefore must obey the rules of the clerk of guardians (clerk of magistrates court);
8. The Presumption of Court of Trustees is that members of the Private Bar Guild presume you accept the office of trustee as a “public servant” and “government employee” just by attending a Roman Court, as such Courts are always for public trustees by the rules of the Guild and the Roman System. Unless this presumption is openly challenged to state you are merely visiting by “invitation” to clear up the matter and you are not a government employee or public trustee in this instance, the presumption stands and is assumed as one of the most significant reasons to claim jurisdiction - simply because you “appeared”; and
9. The Presumption of Government acting in two roles as Executor and Beneficiary is that for the matter at hand, the Private Bar Guild appoint the judge/magistrate in the capacity of Executor while the Prosecutor acts in the capacity of Beneficiary of the trust for the current matter. Unless this presumption is openly challenged to demonstrate you are both a general guardian and general executor of the matter (trust) before the court, the presumption stands and you are by default the trustee, therefore must obey the rules of the executor (judge/magistrate); and
10. The Presumption of Executor De Son Tort is the presumption that if the accused does seek to assert their right as Executor and Beneficiary over their body, mind and soul they are acting as an Executor De Son Tort or a “false executor” challenging the “rightful” judge as Executor. Therefore, the judge/magistrate assumes the role of “true” executor and has the right to have you arrested, detained, fined or forced into a psychiatric evaluation. Unless this presumption is openly challenged by not only asserting one’s position as Executor as well as questioning if the judge or magistrate is seeking to act as Executor De Son Tort, the presumption stands and a judge or magistrate of the private Bar guild may seek to assistance of bailiffs or sheriffs to assert their false claim; and
11. The Presumption of Incompetence is the presumption that you are at least ignorant of the law, therefore incompetent to present yourself and argue properly. Therefore, the judge/magistrate as executor has the right to have you arrested, detained, fined or forced into a psychiatric evaluation. Unless this presumption is openly challenged to the fact that you know your position as executor and beneficiary and actively rebuke and object to any contrary presumptions, then it stands by the time of pleading that you are incompetent then the judge or magistrate can do what they need to keep you obedient; and
12. The Presumption of Guilt is the presumption that as it is presumed to be a private business meeting of the Bar Guild, you are guilty whether you plead “guilty”, do not plead or plead “not guilty”. Therefore unless you either have previously prepared an affidavit of truth and motion to dismiss with extreme prejudice onto the public record or call a demurrer, then the presumption is you are guilty and the private Bar Guild can hold you until a bond is prepared to guarantee the amount the guild wants to profit from you.

The subject is not identical with “what” it is. Such a statement implies that we find ourselves in a process of continuous change, whose dynamic cannot be subsumed under a general law, exactly because we don’t know what we are. The process of life is not deterministic for us. The human being is essentially an open process. “Subject” is therefore not a descriptive term. It implies a normative claim: “somebody” is different from “something,” but the difference is not a matter of definition. Rather, it demands recognition.
In the history of philosophical concepts, the difference between “somebody” and “something” was expressed with the term “person.” Boethius (480-524) introduced the concept with his famous definition that a “person” is an “individual substance of a rational nature” (“persona est naturae rationabilis individua substantia.”) 1 In order to position the Lacanian subject in relation to the Western philosophical and theological tradition it is worthwhile to briefly recall the history of this term. This will allow us to understand Lacan’s theory of the subject as the endpoint in a line of thinking that originates in Christian religiosity, and whose central tenet is the recognition that the individual is a totality that requires to be treated as an end in itself. 2
Ancient philosophy did not yet have a philosophical notion of the “person.” In Plato’s philosophy, consciousness is essentially equated with reason - the philosopher is free because his autonomy is based on the rule of reason. His desires are in harmony with his will because the philosopher has generalized himself. He is beyond the conflict in which the particularity of human desire would clash with the general good. Reason is the uniting bond between human beings; it distinguishes them from the animal realm. It is the universal, and as such it is also identical with the idea of the good. 3
Plato’s view of the human being is caught up in the opposition between the particular and the universal. The particular is unimportant and irrelevant. Plato sacrifices his life to the ideas of truth and freedom, understood as self-determination. The human being is the particular destined to realize and express the rule of the universal and of reason.
This anthropology has some major problems. If the reasonable were self-evident, why is it that many people seem to do the opposite? People obviously act oftentimes knowingly against their own best self-interest, against what would be good for them. St. Paul expressed this experience in the famous saying: “I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate.” 4 In other words, to base consciousness on the idea of reason alone does not account for the experience of split and difference to oneself, which is oftentimes felt as a deep sense of loneliness in relation to one’s life.
In modern philosophy, Kierkegaard especially emphasized the notion of individual existence in his attack on Hegel. He claims that “subjectivity is truth.” 5 The individual is beyond the conflict particular - universal because it is not just a part of the overarching universal truth. The individual is itself a totality, in relation to which everything else is particular.
Kierkegaard’s philosophy of the subject is a Christian philosophy, in which the truth is identified with the person of Jesus Christ. (“…the eternal, essential truth that has come into existence in time…” 6) People turn away from the good not because they don’t know it, but because they prefer darkness to light 7 and this “sin” consists according to the Jesus of the gospel of John in the fact that “they don’t believe in me.” 8
The articulation of the concept of “person” is a response to the religious belief that is at the root of Christianity. Truth is incarnated in a subject; its realization is understood as a personal act of faith in relation to this person, and not in relation to some over-individual and abstract universal.
Thus, the realization of truth is based on a decision and not on knowledge. This decision is primarily seen as a conversion of the heart, and not as an act of reason. Christian faith defies reason; it is an “absurdity to understanding” for St. Paul. This view understands the person as an agency that is not completely determined by its nature, but it is essentially free. The word in the Christian tradition that symbolizes the element of freedom to determine one’s own destiny is the “heart” and not the mind. The “reasons of the heart” are emotional, and Meister Eckhart even goes so far as to say that the heart is “without reason,” it is a “cause without cause” (“grundloser Grund.”) It is itself a “first cause,” an origin.
In order to express the anthropological discovery that truth is incarnated in a human being, Christian theologians began to utilize the concept of “person,” which ultimately led to our current notion of “human rights.” “Person” was originally a term that described a role in a theater play. The “persona” is the actor’s mask. It then gets generalized and designates the role one plays within society (and not the subject behind the role). Originally, it meant the mask itself. What is behind the mask is nature - “persona” is a secondary identity in relation to nature. In the Christian adaptation of the antique concept this relationship gets reversed. A person now designates a being that relates to its own nature as if it were a role. We don’t say about the human being that “it is nature,” but rather that it “has a nature.”
This change is the result of a process of reflection in early Christianity that lasted several hundred years. The objective was to resolve the Christological paradoxes: How can Christ be man and God? What does this mean for the understanding of God’s nature?
Jesus’ claim, that he is God, 9 forces the early Christian theologians to look for alternatives to a strict monotheism, without surrendering God’s unity. How can God be one, if one claims that Jesus is also God? It is in order to deal with those questions that theologians became philosophers: they utilized Plotin’s (205-270) neoplatonic philosophy and his concept of the “emanation,” that connects a primordial Oneness through a process of internal differentiation to the world, like an activity that results from a power, or thoughts that proceed from the mind. 10
One cannot think of God as One if he decided to create the world as separate from himself. But he must also be thought of as independent from the world, or the solution would be pantheistic; a claim that was made against Hegel’s philosophy. The answer to this problem is a theological model that sees God’s internal self-mediation as a necessary and eternal process. God is self-mediated Oneness, before the world ever existed. This idea of God as a self-mediating Oneness is very different from the Jewish monotheistic God, whose name cannot be pronounced. When a Judge leaves the courtroom he/she leaves the battlefield defeated. When he/she returns another higher court is established. If the judge leaves and returns again a final and higher court is established. I believe the jurisdiction is common > maritime > transport. If a Judge ever asks 'do you understand" reply "I comprehend" because you do not want to stand under the judges authority in his jurisdiction.

You are the individual created by the DMV thru the public number they issue you that links all your private info. Your legal name and SSN belongs to you and are private. You must be identified by the Government in order to qualify for your benefits your necessities what the Government says we need to survive, our utilities that they regulate and can not run without. Utilities are free to the public but the public does not exist to the utilities companies because you apply with your ID that states you are a individual corporation with your public number revealing your private parts, like a slave standing before the master.
DO NOT CONSENT to that public number for it violates you 4th amendment rights. You are not that individual in there law books, an individual is one who is unique but you are common only unique on the inside.

I got my grandchildren a book series called the Tuttle twins by Connor Boyack it teaches children in there language about the law anyone who's got kids should check it out and in the back of the book there is a book for older kids and adults called The Law by Fre'de'ric Bastiat, it's pretty good so far it's more or less an extension from the Children's book .

You don't owe me you owe the state. Then i will need leave of court till the state can appear. ................ Are you JOHN DOE? [the only answer is] Who wants to know? Judge Smith! i did not say what, i said who. i am not talking to someone who hides behind the bench or bar and is not liable for what they say or do. The summons said to appear, who has the capacity to drag my but to court that would not settle in private. The summons said to appear not to plea, who do i owe. [ Your paper before court, that you sent in is clear i am an i not a you, it reads "i will be at court". ] [not in court, at court] So the final killer thing in law to say is; (Is there a proper claim before this court or any court, to this day i have not seen a claim before this court, present your claim. [that converts it to common law] [only a man can make a claim.] [to give the judge paper you sign it in front of him, hold it up the bailiff will deliver it to the man acting as a judge] Everything is in writing, that is the only way in their court, do not speak. use simple one syllable words if you can, they twisted all big words.

people who say or ask 'why do you go to their court to deal with the situation if you are not in their jurisdiction?' are either trying to be deceptive or are just too dumb and have no business trying to learn what is presented in this video or they have no interest in learning and are only trolling.
