Minecraft - Warden Defeated | Hard Difficulty, All Diamond Tools/Armor, No Turtle Master Potions

HOLY. I would be lying if I said this didn't take more than 10 attempts (or didn't make me rage, fuck the sonic booms)
This is 100% my biggest feat yet.
Inventory:
Full Protection 4, Unbreaking 3, Mending Diamond Armor
Sharpness 5 Diamond Sword
Unbreaking 3 Shield
1x Golden Apple
1x Strength Potion
31x Instant Health 2 Potions (only 14 were used)
2x Regeneration 2 Potions
