I have been practicing shadow reading for months now to achieve fluency in English speaking. It train my facial muscles to speak in English effortlessly but I still struggle with have conversations for real. I'll try the 1st method, it sounds promising. Also I fought myself getting stuck in middle of sentences coz I don't know day to day vocabulary enough. Thanks 🙏
