This is my coverage of the Modulator Installation at the Eddie Edgar Ice Arena in Livonia, Michigan.This is the last siren to be installed in Livonia for a very long time

Whoa, this is so cool! I never knew what those loopy things were at the top of the sirens were for, but I do now! I never would have guessed they were for helping transport the siren up to high places. Also, the end was very funny. Amazing video!

Does anyone notice that it is fairly common to see an outdoor warning siren of any type installed by a baseball field?

They’re planted strategically, places like public parks or downtown areas are where there would be the most people outdoor, therefore it’s better to place sirens in closer hearing range to be most effective. This one was installed purposely to warn attendants of the yearly spree (carnival)
