My experience with it as far as 4 months something now, it has been very great. It feels very nice to type, sounds very nice, has very pretty backlights, the sturdyness, looks, touchpad overall are almost the same as a laptop however, there were a few times where I couldn’t use the enter key and the touch pad. I was able to fix the touchpad problem just by turning it off and back on. These wasn’t a problem for me personally but the one thing that I didn’t like was how hard it was to remove with ipads like 9th gen. The same case for even newer ipad models seemed to have an adjustment thing to remove it easier. It does also means that my ipad won’t ever fall from it but it makes me worried for my nails, the ipad and even the case. If you don’t change cases or don’t get too worried I think it won’t be a problem. (no problems with Ipad, charger and screen cover ♡)

If your Ipad doesn’t have the magnetic pen charging feature, you will have to buy a seperate charger for itt. I recommend the one in the video since I’ve been using it for 5months now and hasn’t encountered any problems ♡

for someone who upgraded from 9th gen to Air 5, i kinda regretted it because im just a student who uses it for basic stuff such as my note taking, watch movies, and play light games only. To all students out there, if u only use it only for basic stuff, this ipad may be perfect for u. u do not need fancier and smoother ipad, save your money :D
I also have the same mindset. But I now realize the eazy factor of just snap in and put the apple pencil if I got the ipad Mini. My ipad 9 has to always plug in to connect the apple pencil and this very frustrates me. 😢 everything is not easy and it kinda heavy to bring ipad 9

I’m using 9th iPad for school and it’s more than enough for me!
Bought mine back in May and it's been great to me. I love it and sometimes it's still hard to believe i finally managed to get my own iPad. Unboxing it felt so amazing and the moment of it was just wow. Hope you're enjoying your new iPad 😎
i upgraded my ipad from the ipad 5 to ipad pro 1 (11 inches 2018) and it’s the best decision i’ve ever made! the ipad 5 has been by me for almost half of my life, and i upgraded and it’s so so nice. even thought it’s from 2018 i’m still amazed by the performance, and when playing games i barely lag with the highest graphics. also the 120hz makes it all better

It's my iPad anniversary, my boyfriend got it for me. IPad Pro 11 2020, the unit is overwhelming to use, since I only use it for my college stuff, watching and gaming, but I love it tho! should i buy ipad 9th gen 256 gb or ipad 10 64 gb? I’m gonna use my ipad for school purposes but not too heavy, like for docs only for our thesis, note taking and some other apps for school. I won’t gonna download a lot of apps too. Maybe I will only download insta and will probably use it as well for journaling, drawing, and edit pictures (but not as heavy because i’ll only do it for fun)
I can see why you’re kind of struggling to choose between them:’ I personally went for iPad 9th because I needed the storage and I also liked the design. I think it’s always good to have extra storage since I think you will be using your iPad for as long as possible (3-5 years) iCloud backups, the system space, new things you might want to do in your iPad in the future, unexpected large files you want to keep etc. will and might take up more space, even the small notes, files and pictures might build up eventually in those years the more extra storage you have the longer you won’t need to worry about full storage but if you don’t really mind buying extra iCloud space later on or you can really manage with 64gb you also won’t worry much and so go with iPad 10. I hope this helps somehow, I’d love to know what you decide on ♡´･ᴗ･`♡

I got iPad 9gen for Xmas and it has been a wonderful addition. It has eliminated my laptop and bettered me as a student bc I now
-bring my iPad to work and read while it’s slow (books in my messy work environment were not an option)
-do hw question and quizzes in between tables (I’m a server)
- it was 280$ new from Best Buy as a gift. I use the uogic brand stylus for 2 for 30$ pack on Amazon and a protective case that holds my pen for 20.
-I cast what I’m doing in Goodnotes on to my tv so we can learn and write together as a class in study sessions
- I share notes digitally over Goodnotes
- the only catch is for my finals/exam that use a lock down browser. I remember it wasn’t compatible on my chrome book years ago and I haven’t had an opportunity to test on my iPad yet
All things I didn’t do before bc I was a mediocre student getting Bs and Cs just winging it. But my iPad is attractive to use and my amount of use has reflected that

I don’t think you’ll go wrong with any of them but xiaomi has better resolution and I think cheaper too which seems like a good deal^^ (if the price isn’t that big of a deal I recommend iPad 9th)

I will never understand why people chose to significantly reduce the very good quality of the iPad screen by using a matte screen protector. With the right size of a ball point tip for the pencil, you can really write down notes and paint as efficiently on a glass surface protector, as on a real paper. Glare will be there but eventually will be unnoticeable. Practice and get used to it is the only way. However, as long as the owner of the said iPad enjoys the look of grainy, dark and low-resolution screen, I guess it's fine.
I’m an artist and I use a matte screen protector on my iPad Pro. It makes the texture more similar to my intuos pro and just overall feels better when it comes to using the Apple Pencil on it for extended periods of time. Now with all that being said reading your comment made me really want to try using a regular foil on it now 🥲🥲
