I just take a women's pantie and cut the crotch out then make a man's crotch with a 9x7 inch piece of fabric. I stretch a 1/8th elastic band, I stretch (using a jig) and sew the man panel together then install it into the pantie. I get a pouch for my stuff and it feels really good against my skin and helps hold my "stuff" in place. I use a size 14 pantie and I don't get jock itch
