I don't have the first 2012 release version of the figure but to me, This Bucky Cap on the Vulcan body mold still looks 100% better than old 2012 one because he looks a little taller and buffer while having butterfly joints that he desperately needed, Great review bro.
To me, it looks like the figure's upper boot parts were put on the wrong sides. On the front of the box, the render's left boot sculpt looks like it matches the figure's right boot sculpt. 6:20 Their cuffs aren't evenly spaced at the swivel. You can see more of the cuff on one side than the other. The right upper boot looks like it's shaped to match the left leg.
That is an awesome idea for that Commander Rogers headcast! You are so talented to do that 👍🏽
