I'm encountering problem 4013 on my iPhone 6, and I suspect there might be an issue with my NAND chip. Despite attempting all available software solutions, the problem remains unresolved. i have also on my ipad 4013 when I am trying to restore. its start restore then turn off restarts and 4013 coming on itunes. Firs it was turn on turn of so many times on apple screen and went to Recover mode. my Ipad never fault i tried so many ways exept third part programme.
