Just wanted to thank you for your content! As a small theatre kid, your videos have really helped me learn to improve my skills and hopefully improve my later performances on stage! :)
I like how it give you options for Macro as well as a monopod. Price is excellent. I've been away from photography for a few years but Neewer seem to be a fairly recent player with lots of gear available. I just bought one of their battery grips and it was very cheap but works really well.
You say it does not fit in the case with the ball mount attached. It is difficult , but it does. In fact, if you remember receiving the tripod, it came in the case with the ball mount attached. You just need to figure out the right way to align the ball head to get it to fit. But, I agree that the case could have been a bit bigger to makeputting it away a little easier.
@@AugmentedActor I had the same problem. Flip the ball head in the slot to the full 90 degrees to the tripod. Place the tripod in the bag feet first. Rotate the flat top of the camera mount so that it faces the back of the bag, and it should fit. Again, a little tight, but it will fit. Trust me I was super frustrated with this. But, I kept trying because I knew that it came shipped in the case. I actually just got mine this morning. Cant wait to use it. really like the idea of being able to do a sweep with it as you demonstrated in you video.
@@jimcichkid1 Ok, I tried what you said and it did work, but man that zipper was scraping the edge of the ball mount. It couldn't be any tighter. But you are correct it can fit. As far as that sweeping motion, I realize that if you are doing a close to the ground shot, it's difficult to make it go all the way around, because the mount gets caught up on the legs. But you can sweep if the tripod is a little higher up.
I figured that out after I did this review. Its' still a tight squeeze and sometimes I can't get the zipper fully shut, but it did arrive that way so I know it's possible to get it in there. (They still should have made the bag another inch longer, hehe)
Alright screw it, imma send it and get this one. After about 4 hours of research and getting lucky to find one on our country marketpalce for half the price (used) i'm going with this one.
@@AugmentedActor welp it messed up, the lady selling it didn't answer shit, i asked for more photos to see the condition cause the only photo was some old ass nokia like shot from 2001, she just left it on read. Where do i get one now :c
The ball head itself doesn’t come off rather the full ball head mount unscrews from the tripod. It’s like the cylinder part and the three screw handles and the ball mount as one unit.
Thank you ~ I love your channel. I watched like 5 videos today alone. Keep up the great work 😎
Oh that’s awesome to hear. Thanks for watching.

@@AugmentedActor no problem :D

I know. They have really quality stuff for affordable prices. I really do love that tripod.

You’re probably right. I don’t recall how it came packaged. But I haven’t been able to squeeze it in since I took it out.

Cool review!
Thanks!
If you drop the ball mount into its portrait position it fits in the bag without the need to take the head off. 👍

Glad you found a deal. I use my tripods almost every week. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I can’t figure out how to take the ball head off

@@AugmentedActor thanks, got it. I had to tighten the three screw handles before I could unscrew it.
