I agree Babu Singh;s version is correct. But in my opinion he has not read or not remembered civics correctly. It is not his fault. All are saying & repeating same line that Central Govt. is giving funds or rice under "KHADYA SURKSHYA YOJNA" or any PEOPLE WELFARE SCHEME FUND, but Odisha State Govt. taking the credit of all welfare scheme that has given by Central Govt. Nobody is denying your version Mr. Babu Singh. But everybody forgot one thing that our prescribed system is designated in such a way that "the Centre would decide & State Govt." would execute. For all these people welfare scheme nobody should take the credit. Why, as per Babu Singh's version, BJP would take the credit of People Welfare scheme. It is our money, people's money which is being collected as tax & spend in welfare schemes. So BJP & its leaders cannot take credit for all these schemes. It is the responsibility of both Centre & State Govt. Without State Govt's cooperation Centre cannot implement any schemes. IF ONLY CENTRE CAN DO ALL DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS BY ITS OWN THEN WHY THERE IS A STATE GOVT.? WHY STATE ELECTIONS ARE BEING CONDUCTED? WE SHOULD GO FOR MP ELECTIONS ONLY. STATE GOVT. IS NOT REQUIRED AT ALL AS PER BABU SINGH,S VERSION. ............SO DON'T THING PEOPLE ARE FOOL.
